My mother loves the lamb chops and she loves lobster. Recently Nuovo had a lobster special. My mother ordered the lobster for her meal, and the lamb chops to take home. The owner/chef came to the table and told my mother how he would prepare the chops so that she could put them in the oven for 15 minutes and they would be cooked just right. With the modest sized dining room it seldom becomes noisy. The food has been universally excellent and the service as well. The valet parking right at the front door is really appreciated. Both were excellent. A very nice white wine from Tuscany (Pinot Bianco) went well with both dishes.
Excellent spot for pre-show dinner at the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, but not within walking distance; so leave enough time to park in the garage across from the theatre.
No time for dessert, so no information to give.
Our waitress and hostess were very nice.

We went on a Saturday at 7:00pm and the place was packed. While they do seem to jam people in a little bit it was still romantic. Our reservation was honored for the exact time we made it and we made a wonderful choice of restaurant. The meals were delicious and served in a timely manner, but in no way did we feel rushed. The wait staff was attentive, without being pushy.
The presentation of the meals also added to the experience.
