NOVE ItalianoBirthday Dinner at NoveNove has a great location at the Top of the Palms with a great view of Las Vegas. The wait staff is excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful. I found that the prices are very much on the high side with a somewhat limited menu for an Italian restaurant. I would rate the value as pretty low. With the high prices we paid the portions were not large at all. The staff that served us was very friendly and knowledgable and extremely professional. Our food was prepared perfectly and our wine was great. Totally enjoyed the appetizers but did not totally enjoy the entree.
I had the bolognese it was not that great but the experience and scenery was great.
The only thing I was not pleased with is that my bill was overcharged by $10.00.
Had to send the waiter back twice to get it right.
Also be aware that if you purchase a groupon deal, you will be charged 20% of the entire bill -not the discounted groupon deal

Went with another couple last night & sat in dining room. Service was spot on & it has been awhile in eating out,that we can say every dish was remarkable. The Raviolo with a whole egg in center was creamy, the Octopus was charred and tender, Beet Salad with blood orange vinaigrette light & artistic. The Purple Wolf Martini, Passion fruit Mojito & White Sangria all perfectly executed (you don't have to overpour the alcohol for a drink to taste great..good job). Halibut was on point & flaky, Shrimp francaise light &lemony. Our friend asked for his Porterhouse to be well done and it still was tender with a balsamic glaze. Terrific service. We decided to go the appetizer route and were not disappointed. Had a Bacardi Wolfberry Martini that went down very easy.We had the raviolo with truffle butter and bacon that was melt in your mouth delicious.
