Notti BiancheKudos for Notti BiancheWe enjoyed everything about this restaurant. We'll be back!5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMBest place I know of for pre-Best place I know of for pre- or post-Kennedy Center dining. The pasta with wild mushrooms is super, and Alexandra is a really wonderful wait person!5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place to dine before a showWhat a great little gem (almost hidden). Perfect location to dine before a night at the Kennedy Center. What this place my lack in decor (inside & out) it definitely makes up for in quality of food and service. The restaurant has a special three course price fixe option for show goers that is excellent. One of the first question(s) the waitress asked us: was if we were heading to a show and what time it started. After that everything was timed perfectly. We didn't feel rushed and our waitress was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely recommend Notti Bianche to our friends and look forward to our next visit.5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMFish entrees. You will often find us at this small restaurant for several reasons. It is close to the Kennedy Center and the food and service are great. And the menu can vary with the seasons. This time both my husband and. I had fish entrees which were delicious and served with plenty of vegetables..Cannot wait to return to try the gnocchi.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved this place! Very cozyLoved this place! Very cozy atmosphere, friendly & attentive service, nice wine list and the food...delicious. The pumpkin tortelloni were scrumptious and the small portion pared with a salad was the perfect amount of food.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMI love this gem of a neighborhoodI love this gem of a neighborhood restaurant! Excellent food and reasonable pricing for a DC venue. Wine choices are veey good. An exxellent Chianti. The bar is xomdy and intimate. Consider dining at the bar.4/17/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for dinner beforeGreat place for dinner before a Kennedy Center event! Good valet parking alternative too if the weather is good for a short walk.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were staying at the GeorgeWe were staying at the George Washington University Inn and attending the Ballet at the Kennedy Center. Notti Bianche is a small restaurant at the Inn. Fantastic food, great location. The service was wonderful; we weren't rushed. I think many of the diners there were also heading over to the Kennedy Center. I'd suggest dining there even if one is not staying at the Inn.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for before BalletWe enjoyed our meal before going to the Kennedy Center. Great neighborhood/location. The seating was a bit 'cozy' for the two tops, but it didn't bother us. The lamb was excellent! We spent a little more than intended, since the pretheatre specials only applied to the starred items, the other items sounded too good to pass up. We will definetly consider going again next time we're in the city for a show!4/11/2013 12:00:00 AMTry the CarpaccioBeef Carpaccio was FANTASTIC!!!!! Chocolate souffle was disappointing.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMCatering to the Kennedy CenterCatering to the Kennedy Center crowd is well done -- good menu, good service.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant gets betterThis restaurant gets better and better every time we visit! Our server was superlative anticipating our every need and understanding special needs with no question. My scallops were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. We can't wait to go back.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMI am a returning diner - theI am a returning diner - the food is excellent and my caesar salad was so fresh and tasty. My guest and I were able to easily have catch up conversation without raising our voices. The atmosphere is quiet elegance, and the staff members are very pleasant but not overbearing, and most attentive to your needs. The food is freshly prepared and you know it instantly.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMpasta dishes were excellentpasta dishes were excellent -- they tasted like the ones in italy and not the ones at most italian restaurants in the u.s.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat for pre-Kennedy-CenterGreat for pre-Kennedy-Center dining. The tagliatelle with wild mushrooms is fabulous!3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMPost-opera TreatStaff was most accommodating, and food was outstanding. It was great to find a place that would serve tasty Italian food at 10 pm Decor needs a facelift.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMDelicious FoodWe used a TravelZoo coupon and so our dinner was a bargain. Even with the coupon, we had a wide variety of selections from the menu--almost everything was covered. And the food was delicious. The restaurant was understaffed and so our cocktails came with our salads instead of before. Other than that, all went well.
We will definitely return--with or without a special deal!3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyed a pre-fixe 3 courseEnjoyed a pre-fixe 3 course dinner. The main disbes were particularly nicely displaced and tasty.3/19/2013 12:00:00 AMPleasant Preface to the Ken CenThe quality of the food and the level of service makes Notti Bianche and excellent venue for dinner before an event at the Kennedy Center. The scope of menu selections, speed of service and value of the meal presents an attractive alternative to the dining experienes at the Kennedy Center's restaurant and cafateria.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food and close toExcellent food and close to the Kennedy Center which is a plus.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMNotti Bianche went throughNotti Bianche went through a rough patch last year, but it's come a long way back. I dine here every time I go to the Kennedy Center, and love the pasta with wild mushrooms. They have a limited, but well-chosen wine list, which I really like.1/26/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat pasta.
