the menu, the very personable staff and the fast service. Our dinner was the same pleasant experience and being it
was Mother's Day weekend, it was very busy. Lots of happy chatter and families having a great time, with the smell

Though we live a short distance away, the traffic was very heavy because of the time people get out of work PLUS some kind of accident up the road which caused a massive backup of cars in front of us, We arrived at 5:50 PM. We had to wait about 15 minutes or so for a table. After that things went smoothly. No one's fault, really. The service is really outstanding -- our waiter was incredibly accommodating and very nice. We were a group of five including two folks with disabilities -- again the waiter really was attentive, treated everyone with dignity and made sure everyone was satisfied.

As always, the bread is very tasty; just don't eat too much of it or you may have trouble finishing your meal. Our meals were cooked to perfection.
Finally, the manager. It's great to see Douglas back in Dartmouth. It's a more vibrant atmosphere with him in that location.

We were a party of 5, but two of us came together and the other 3 were stuck in some traffic post New Bedford Half Marathon. We were still seated right away and our server was very patient, checking on the two of us a few times before our other guests arrived. Great service, great food, and good prices. I'm not from the area, but the space seems a bit small for the business they likely do. The noise level did get a little high, but nothing too ominous. I had the filet with risotto - delicious. and loved the Jack and Ginger cocktail - warming on a winter night!
The waitress was fabulous! We were there at the same time as a big group so it was noisy and crowded, but our service didn't suffer a bit!
