Not Your Average Joe's ArlingtonVery versatile for food and comfortSix of us women went for dinner and everyone enjoyed it!. We were seated at a round booth, perfect for our get together, and the food and drinks were very good. Five of us ate the rosemary skewered scallops which were a big hit. I ordered the ahi tuna salad and liked it very much.
The ladies commented on how much they liked the bread and dipping oil.
We have been there many times before and we find consistency and comfort. Our waiter, I forget his name was very accommodating and had a sense of humor.

The food is always quite good as is the service and the meals are very reasonably priced. We've never been disappointed. Their food is fresh, varied and excellent. They will tailor a menu item anyway you want. Great for people with allergies or special diet requirements.
The whole staff, management, wait staff and cooks just want you to enjoy your time there.
We eat out a lot. NyAJ is one of our two favorite restaurants. (the other is Tex-Mex so there is really no comparison.) We know when the crowds are there so we usually avoid them.
