My wife and I LOVE Nose Dive! We have been coming here for over a year now and it is usually the first place we take our out of town guests when they come for weekend visit. Service is great and the food is even better. Beer/Wine selection is top notch. Considering all this, its very easy on the wallet compared to similar downtown restaurants.

My favorite place in Greenville. A simple gastropub that has consistent monthly beer specials (highlighting a special microbrewery for CHEAP) and a delicious menu. Simple as that. Atmosphere is fair, Service is fantastic and the price just cannot be beat. Try the Pub Egg as an appetizer and all of the entrees fail to disappoint.

We ate Thanksgiving lunch here. There was a huge spread with twists on standard dishes like broccoli casserole and cornbread stuffing and mac&cheese. The ham was a little dry, but overall it was a fabulous gourmet meal. They did a good job spacing reservations out so that the buffet line wasn't long. We would definitely consider coming here again next year or another time just for dinner.

A good experience for brunch here on a sunday morning. The downfall came in the service. Our waiter was noticeably absent for the majority of the brunch. I brought my parents for a fun morning out and was embarrassed that my father could not even get a drink refill. The food was delivered to the table and it was very good. The mac and cheese they serve was quite good. Part of our group got the grits bar and it seemed to have some nice flavors and a good combination of toppings. Although the grits went unfilled for an extensive period of time. We usually go across the street to Soby's for brunch so although the food was good we probably will return to our usual at it seems that the servers here simply are too preoccupied to serve.

We celebrated my husbands bday so the table we had was large but the service was poor overall the food was just bad. The waiter could if been more outgoing fun attentive to our table so we didn't have to find him to ask for wing sauce as the wings where dry and fishy tasting. The Cobb salad was tossed in something green and thick that had no flavor.

The food and atmosphere were superb! We sat upstairs and Our waitress had no idea about wine, bar drinks, or the food. For first timers, give them a server that's educated on the menu, because we literally, was depending on our server to guide us... No luck there! Every answer was "I'm not sure", totally messed up the flow of the night. Overall, if we had a better server, who actually WAITED our table, it would have been an easy "A", but with the disappointment of our server, I'll go with a "B+".

This was my second experience at the Nosedive, and again I'm left impressed and already can't wait to go back. Both times I also got dessert, which was quite possibly the best I've ever had. Try the southwestern roasted chicken tacos and the bacon brownie. While the food is top-notch, the service is what really sets this place apart. I highly recommend. Easily one of the best restaurants in Greenville.

Thought the service started out slow, but when I asked another waiter if we could order, he took charge right away and began to take our dinner order. Our waiter showed up in the middle of it and took over seemlessly. The manager came over to our table and apologized for the delay and really made things right. The wait staff was very knowledgable about the seasonal menu, made great suggestions based on questioning us about what we liked. Over all a great experience and a great meal.

We always enjoy Nose Dive for the very interesting, ever-changing menu. Today my mom, my 3-yr-old daughter and I dined there for lunch for my mom's birthday. Her braveheart beef burger w/mushrooms & house-made steak sauce was amazing for her, and I loved my pulled pork tacos w/lime & 2 salsas. Our waiter Linh was amazing, as he made everything very special and personal, especially for my little girl. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and hope to go back again soon!

I had heard great things about Nose Dive, so my husband and I decided to check it out. The table we were sat at wasn't even large enough for our two plates and two drinks and the "sofa" that surrounded it was terribly uncomfortable. In addition, there was a live band, and while the music selection was good, we were the farthest away and still had trouble hearing each other speak. Finall, I'm not really sure what this place is trying to be; there are so many different themes of decorations that don't work together, just look like someone put whatever they could find in this place. I will say, the food was good, but I don't think I would come back simply for the atmosphere.

Have been before. Chicken sandwich was different and not as good as I have had twice before. Could not taste pesto OR arugula, two of my fav. tastes. My $10 glass of wine was scant. Should have specified. Forgot that Sat and Sun before 2 is ONLY brunch menu and I took a guest who was hoping for something off of the (already-viewed) main menu. Just a little disappointing after other good times.

There are so many great options in Greenville but a change of plans last weekend forced us to try Nose Dive at the last minute and we really enjoyed it.The menu offers an eclectic mix of gastro-pub style items. We started with a scotch egg and some chips/guac, the former quite good and the latter basic but tasty. For entrees we tried the asian tacos, a special quail and pork belly dish and I risked ordering a lobster roll in SC. All of them had great flavors and were excellent. I would put the lobster roll as the best I have had outside of Maine, rivaling Allison's of Kennebunkport version that was featured on Food Network. Service was attentive and very friendly. The wine list was not what I expected but still had some nice offerrings.

Sunday brunch at Nose dive was a disaster. The waiter greeted us twice, when taking our order and when bringing our check. Live music was a nice touch but a bit too loud for the room. Conversation was not an option. Would I return? Yes, but I would choose to sit outside. The food design and choices are excellent but the rest of the package is lacking. High end pretence without the follow-through can be big disappointment.

I have been going to Nose Dive once a week for about 6 months now. Saturday night I took my boyfriend for the first time and like always the food was fantastic he ordered the bangers and mash which changes all of the time and I had the fried oyster and shrimp basket. We shared the key lime pie for desert and I am not a key lime pie fan but their's was great! Everything was wonderful minus our waiter Brandon. He took quite a while to even notice we had been seated and then took even longer to take our food order. He did not box our food up for us like all of my past wait staff at Nose Dive. He was very short with us and not attentive to our needs. However, I would highly recommend Nose Dive on any other occasion.

Though my reservation was table for 3, they tried to sit us at a table for 8 - looked like they had given many 4 tops to people without reservations. We refused the table so they sat us upstairs in the bar are which was fine but it appeared the waitstaff downstairs then forgot we existed. We ended up getting excellent care from the bar tender who we had met while we were waiting for our table. Despite the shoddy service, the food was very good - especially the burger and the sweet potato fries. They have a very good craft beer list and I highly recommend the wines by the glass which are cask poured and are a great bargain.

The grits bar was good but the cheese bowl was empty twice when I went up. My corned beef sandwich was very dry. The atmosphere is great but the music was a bit too loud to talk over Sunday brunch. It was my first time and it did not quite meet my expectations. However, I saw some items on the regular menu that I would like to come back and try. My dad had the Hang Town Fry and thought it was terrific. It looked great and I would order it next time.

The food menu was very interesting as well and had many choices for everyone, be it light fare, vegetarian, ethnic, or new ideas for some standard items, such as the meat and fish offerings. We have been eating at Nose Dive for a long time, but this past dining experience was a let down. We usually order the same each time, that being the lobster roll and salad. The lobster roll was a huge disappointment this time. The dressing has been changed, it was watery, pink, and had a completely different taste and just not very good, and it seemed somewhat smaller than in the past. However, on the plus side, the salad was very good!
