NoRTH - Kansas CityGreat Father's Day DinnerOur family of 3 had a great time at NoRTH for dinner the Saturday before Father's Day. Even though they don't have a kid's menu, they were very accomodating to our 9 year old daughter. She loved the zucca chips! Our waitress was one of the best servers we have had in a long time! The food was delicious but maybe a tad bit salty. Wanted to share a couple of plates and they delivered the meals already split --- what a perfect scenario for sharing a meal with a special individual. The taste, the wine, the service ---- all excellent. Food was moderately priced and portions were just right. We had a booth for four and could carry out our conversation with having to be at the top of our voices. Very nice ambiance. Wednesdays are 1/2 off wine night (glass and/or bottle). Generally busy, so I would recommend making a reservation for any group size. I'm usually alone and sit at the bar and even that (i.e. the bar) sometimes is packed.
This last time was no exception for the food, but the service seemed a little disorganized. A salad for the table was brought out, but with no serving spoons, etc.
