"I had the Cioppino alla Pescatora ($32.00) and my wife had the Linguine with Porcini & Scallops $29.00). Both were very tasty and sure, nobody would expect a buffet-sized plate of food at a fine dining establishment but for the price, I honestly expected more than a half-filled bowl of soup containing maybe 10 chunks of fish and one shrimp.........and about the same sized plate of pasta. We laughed about the fact that our food arrived TOO quickly...........only minutes after we ordered.......seemed as though they were in a rush.........somewhat cheated us from that relaxing time of nibbling on bread and taking a few sips of wine. Nice atmosphere and well-dressed waiters. Just fell a little short of the experience that I had hoped fo"

"This was my second visit to North Beach Restaurant and now I'm pronouncing it a new favorite. The food is EXCELLENT! The service is very attentive. We started with a prosciutto /melon and Burrata cheese/tomato combo appetizer. Great flavors! I had the wild mushroom pasta …..oh, yum! My granddaughter had the spinach ravioli and said it’s the best she’s ever had. Their wine list is a bit overwhelming, but you can find some very good and reasonably priced choices."

"We came to this restaurant several months back with another group of friends, so when we heard an elderly cousin was coming in from Australia; North Beach Restaurant was an easy choice. From the warm greetings at the front door to the attentive (not overly) of our waiter and main course to dessert, we were completely satisfied."

"We had a fantastic birthday celebration dinner. Amazing food to be sure. My only gripe would be that we got ignored once our food was served and sat waiting for dessert menus too long. True it was a busy evening, but this place is always busy so no reason not to get attention throughout the entire meal."
