Featuring authentic, traditional Japanese cuisine and stellar sushi. Our Sushi team brings a level of experience and quality to the Big Island normally associated with the better restaurants in Tokyo. Our 14-seat custom sushi bar provides an 'up close and personal' culinary experience. Chef Darren Ogasawara's menu reflects a reverence for traditional Japanese delicacies, especially the exceptionally fresh seafood that he hand-selects daily. Our philosophy is simple -- use the freshest products of the highest quality and prepare them simply to highlight their unique flavors and characteristics. Located near The Orchid Court restaurant on the Garden Level beneath the Lobby, main dining area and private dining room overlooking a serene koi pond. Evening dining.
