  • "Spent my birthday day here. Had dinner at 9pm then got a VIP bottle service after 10:30 when it turned into a club. Super fun night! I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anybody who wants to have a great time for dinner and party!"

  • "The service was extremely slow and our food came out cold! I was so upset and turned off that my husband and I didn't even eat our main course and instead went to a different restaurant. The server was given too many tables to handle, including two big parties of 8 - so we were ignored. Plus - one of the groups were regulars, so the manager spent about 20 minutes socializing with them instead of coming over to our table and possibly trying to make up for the fact that we sat in front of empty salad plates for almost 15 minutes. When we did get the manager's attention he was insincere and didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered by us. Definitely do not recommend for a quiet date night!"

  • "I discovered Noir one night with two of my friends by randomly walking by. I live in the neighborhood but had never been. It is now one of my favorite places to go and I just organized a small party for my friends there last weekend and the staff was unbelievably accommodating. Not to mention, the food is OUTSTANDING. I've never had better Salmon Tartare in my entire life. I would highly recommend Noir for small parties, big parties, date night, night out with the guys or girls, anything! Noir is most definitely my new go-to."

  • "We booked this restaurant only a few hours before dining on a Saturday night, we were looking for somewhere kind of special as we were celebrating my 40th birthday weekend and wanted a nice romantic setting. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful; luxurious comfortable seating, chandeliers, lovely decor, just what we were looking for. The staff were attentive, and although the menu is not exhaustive, our meals were lovely. I would highly recommend."

  • "The reservation was for a group for Valentine's Day. Upon arrival, they sat earlier party members before the entire group was there, which isn't as common as I thought. Very mature and sexy restaurant, with really nice isolating sections (good for couples seeking some intimacy.). Felt like a get away. The pre-fixed menu items were really good, and I liked that the chef came and spoke with us. The Lobster risotto was perfect, IMO. Entrees were good, and I would recommend the sea bass dish to any sea food lover. The meat was prepared well, tender w/ a hint of smoke in taste. Service was great, and the ladies in our party were given lip-stick favors for coming out. The overall experience was really enjoyable, and I would definitely go again."

While the front bar room provides some level of cozy romanticism, the larger dining room makes you feel like you're eating on a stage."

  • "You must start with the signature Manhattans. They are out of this world. The Skirt Steak is an entire piece of steak cooked to perfection! If pasta is your favorite, strongly recommend the Bolognese but beware there is plenty of it. The wait staff was attentive without being obtrusive. Perfect evening."

  • "The restaurant was in a convenient location adjacent to our hotel. The food was decent however the service was poor. Everyone at the table ordered an appetizer or salad to begin their meal and I did not. The waitress took it upon herself to decide that she would serve my entree at the same time that everyone else was being served their first course. After questioning her decision she did not utter an apology or make amends for her faux pas. She then made herself scarce from our table and did not check back on us. We had to request our check from the hostess who happened to be walking by."

My cousin and I watched the place fill up after 6pm to no seats at all left. It was a pleasure to see on a Thursday night that the restaurant was Full....That means good quality food. I enjoyed my entire evening there from appeztizers to full course to coktails..........."

  • "We stumbled upon this place on a snowy Saturday date night; we reserved our table about 30 minutes in advance. When we arrived, the host went out of his way to find us a GREAT booth in the main dining area. The ambiance was fantastic - great energy - and the service was impeccable. Food was not exorbitantly priced (as so many spots are in the city) and it met our expectations perfectly. I will (and have already) recommend this place to a friend, and we will be going back!"

She forgot things, brought all the food at one time, and then left us totally alone. At times there were swarms of servers around our table, then all disappeared. We were promised a free dessert, but had to wait and wait for it to appear. Very odd. However, the food was very good - especially the pear salad and the bread and the oysters. I wouldn't go back."

  • "My most recent visit may have been my last. I was hopeful of this venue on my first and second visits becoming a place I could frequent. The last 2 times I've dined here, it seemed that the food and drinks took an eternity. The place just isn't ran well. Management's excuse was that the utensil they used to shuck the oysters broke and that they had to go to another restaurant to obtain one. I didn't buy it. I also suspect that the crab cake we ordered was less than fresh. In any event, the manager was not apologetic. I had to suggest that he rectified our experience or we would get up and dining elsewhere right then and there. I do not feel an immediate need to return. I think I'm done~"
