Some of the Here To Serve You Restaurants have gone down hill including this Noche. It needs a revamp and a new chef.

The food was sub-par (especially for the prices), our waitress was MIA 90% of the time, and the sangria was awful. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

We loved the food and their wonderful service. The only thing that we didn't like was the difficulty finding a parking space. My husband circled the block 4 times before he found an open space. Complimentary valet on an event day would top it off!

First time here would have gotten them An outstanding on service. Second time we were there it was simply BAD. It was a rowdy group on the patio the second time, but there were multiple servers and ours wasn't even working with the wild table. He simply ignored us and forgot to put in/ bring out our tapas and drinks.

Service is Noche's Achilles heel. Its a great restaurant, in a great neighborhood with a nice vibe, but their service is lacking. Its too dependant on who you get. The hostess during this visit really made the visit start on a poor note with her attitude. Pity!

Staff is always awesome. Food is always great. View is great also (the 2 year old loves when the train/s comes by). Great variety on the menu, both food and spirits.
It is however very load inside (Friday and Saturday nights). When bringing kids, just sit outside and the experience will be great.

Tuesdays is half priced wine; enough said! The cheese plate is a perfect compliment and the mussels are to die for! The only plate we didn't care for was the Ahi Tuna; overcooked and tough.
