We're glad we opted for the omakase offerings as most of the items served were quite unique and creative. We never would have had what was served if we went with the standard menu items. The meal and experience were amazing! If you can manage to spend the money, I highly recommend the Omakase (chef's choice) menu. The food is delicious, authentic (I lived in Japan for 4 years), and very well presented. The wait staff is courteous, prompt, but we never feel rushed. The runners were great. I did $125 tasting menu, probably should have stuck with a la carte as I am gluten-free and this limited my choices.
