"I have always loved Nobu, having the frequented NY and Vegas locations. San Diego was right on par as far as food --I had the chef's menu and everything was wonderful. My only complaint is the noise level and cheesy music, but even that did not distract from the wonder food."

"Everything great food ambience etc,,,except the valet service they where full becouse of a baseball game, and had to park my car myself and very far from restaurant, they should tell you in advanced, valet service is not working"

"Nobu is always fantastic. I hosted a business dinner there and the service from start to finish could not have been better.

One suggestion and this is not directed solely at Nobu but all restaurants. Cut the loud music. It doesn't need to drown out conversation and should never take away from the meal."

"Love Nobu. The sushi and all the tasting plates are fabulous. The service is great as well. The only thing people should be aware of is that on a weekend it is really very loud in there. My friend and I had trouble hearing eachother across the table."
