The place is amazing very über chic and has a great vibe about it. As this was our first visit we we grateful of the excellent advice from our waitress to guide us through the menu. The food was top notch, but was it the best I be ever had probably not, hence the 4/5. This place is a really celebrity hangout.. Will Smith and his family were there when we visited.. But the place still remained relaxed. Do I think it was worth the £160 bill.. I have read about the chef and his restaurants and always wondered what the dining experience would be like. Reading the names and descriptions of each dish in the menu is a mouth watering experience. It is simply the most unique Japanese culinary experience ever and it is incomparable to any other place. The dishes itself are a feast for the eyes. In terms of taste and flavor, it is simply amazing. My only regret is that my wife and I could not sample more than the five or six dishes we had ordered as we were becoming too full. We had heard about this restaurant and knew we had to try it out. Recently, we travelled to New York for a one week vacation and added Nobu as a must-do to our list of events, etc. We made a reservation and truly enjoyed the dining experience. Excellent, fresh food that we were truly pleased with and blown away by. We ordered many varieites of suhi, sashimi, and hot dishes. Wow, the food could not have been any better or freshser.
