We enjoyed a great dinner with my business guests from Italy. The service was great and the Sushi was very fresh. I had the Black Cod and it just melted in my mouth. The manager followed up with us to be sure we had a great experience. Thanks Jad.

We have been to Nobu in Las Vegas and New York. In comparison these are much nicer and more confortable. The noice level is better and don't seem to be as crowded. In Miami Food was great and enjoyed every bite. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys high quality Japanesse cuisine. Try the Hokusetsu yk 35 sake. You can only find it here!!

I've been to three other Nobu restaurants and while I've always known it was overpriced,I've always enjoyed the vibe as well as the service and food (what little portions there were). This particular experience was actually was terrible. The waitress was not attentive as tips in Miami are already included. She charged us for items we did not order and had no interest in actually asking us if we wanted to order anything more than our initial order of food and drink. I brought someone who had never been to Nobu raving about the restaurAnt - just to be disappointed myself! Nobu Miami was a let down and I could see why it was virtually empty unlike the other ones I have been to. The Miami rendition seems to be a tourist trap. Beware.

Like all of Nobu locations, Nobu Miami's food does not disappoint. Every dish was delicious, and the service, excellent. But while the restaurant is located within a beautiful hotel on the ocean, not only is there no outdoor seating, there are no windows! So surprising that a Nobu in Miami would not take advantage of the beautiful scenery. Felt like we could've been in Vegas. Also, the tables are set up oddly and you feel like you are in the service path of waitstaff no matter where you sit. We had a great view of the kitchen! Nobu Miami needs to move!

From where it is located to the beautiful bartenders to the glamorous hostess to the jaw dropping plates of drool worthy food. Nobu is amazing for all your senses. Pricy sure and to be expected for a dinner event like that. BUT I would go back and if you are looking to impress, this is the place.

Everything about this place was disappointing. They do have a beautiful large outside bar area, but it was raining so we sat inside. I thought the decor and ambience were dull. The food was ridiculously overpriced, small portions, over salted to the point where it was not enjoyable. We were a party of five and ordered a minimal amount of food, one bottle of inexpensive wine and the check came to almost $500. Two people in our party only ordered salad! Oh and to add insult to injury, was charged $25 per car for parking! I will never go back to this restaurant even if offered a free meal.

Our favorite restaurant is Nobu Waikiki, so while in Miami Beach we had to try Nobu. The food was outstanding, but the service was pathetic, a real disappointment. And the way they cram tables in every available square foot, forget about any semblance of intimacy. But the food made up for the negatives, and I'm sure we would go back, better knowing what to expect.

Nobu headquarters needs to immediately look into this location and how horribly it is hurting their brand because after patroning this location I will never ever return to a Nobu! Ambience is horrible, I feel like I'm being led down to some basement. Tables for 2 are literally on top of each other so my fiance and I could over hear both conversations on each side of us, how romantic! (note the sarcasm!). I didn't realize that I, as a customer, had to ask the waiter for the specials when he didn't even offer these, is that his job? The only good about this dinner was the cocktail I ordered off the bar list, everything is sub-par to say the least. Trust me, we have no issue dropping $300 for a dinner for 2, that's not the issue...

Iam a Brazillian foodie and travel the world looking for the best restaurants and I can say That I've been to every Nobu in The US. i spent 1 hour at Nobu Miami and left without being served. After I was seated I waited 15 minutes for help and the restaurant was not that busy. They took another 30 minutes to bring my order and arrived two times wrong. rather than try to reverse the situation, the person who was helping me complained that could not understand what i was saying. I immediately asked for the bill and left the restaurant hungry and frustrated. I payed 100 dollars for the sake and the yellow fish tail sashimi we had. I've never passed through this situation before, not even in Brazil. Nobu Miami never again!

Had a starter vegetable tempura, tofu entre and trout. They were ok on the whole by American standards, but therefore should have been priced the same as your average pseudo-Japanese place. Everything we ordered tasted overpoweringly of Ponzu which showed the calibre of the chefs there. Overall disappointing, will not recommend or return myself.

Food was really ok. Service Level compared with proposed gratuity of around 20 percent not covering our expectation. It was more a Main Station Feeling instead of upper class dining. Speaking together not possible. It was too loud. So overall cost/benefit ratio not ok. Price Level too high for that. We were really disappointed.

We visited Nobu some years ago and had good experience, so we went back again. However, portion got smaller and dishes are more overpriced. We are disappointed by declining of taste and of curtesy of dishes. For example, chef's selection should come with best ingredients, but key element was missing; some of the dishes has misleading name. "Hiyashichuka" supposed to come with specific chuka noodles, but it was made of somen and with strange taste. Should change the name of the dish.
