Nobu MiamiDelicious!I've been to two other Nobu restaurants and this one was my favorite. The hotel setting was beautiful and the food was some of the best I've ever tried! I will definitely go back the next time I'm in South Beach!5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMYellowtail shashimi w/ Jalapeno !!!That is the one reason I've been going back to NOBU for the last 5yrs...if not, longer!
I love that dish...5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing!!!!!!!I love this place!!!! The food is unbelievable !!! I highly recommend from the special menu the crispy rice, the lobster risotto with truffles. Also the black cod is to die for , everything we ordered was delicious. Expensive but totally worth it.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMBucket listIt's on my bucket list to make it to every Nobu in the world! Miami was no disappointment! It's very loud but otherwise great- new style as always, delicious!! Very cool outdoor space for drinks too!4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat time !Way better thanGreat time !Way better than mr chow - that was awful4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food, blah ambianceThe food and service was excellent. The décor was a little plain and it was a bit noisy. The restaurant is at the Beach Club Hotel, which also has a really fantastic outdoor lounge/bar space - very cool. So, for the overall experience it was a good pick.4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMA Saturday night extravaganzaOther than the rather cool reception upon arrival, and the loud table close to us, we had an incredible evening which lasted approximately 2.5 hours. It was a special evening and we tried many dishes. Almost everything we would order again - the tacos, the sashimi, the black cod, the beef skewers and the special branzino. The rolls were fine, and probably on the menu to pacify someone not keen on sashimi, but for the price, I would advise against. The restaurant was extremely lively, and the service was excellent.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMIt is a bit noisy. It wasIt is a bit noisy. It was not an issue for me. But the food and service are exceptional.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMBeautiful food, in taste and visualStunning. Beautiful food - both in taste and visually - great service. Easy to get carried away and smash $400 on a meal for two with champagne. Worth every penny. Truly a dining experience.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMBest dining experience of our tripNobu Miami was highly recommended to me for my recent visit to Miami. This was hands down the best meal we had during our trip. Our server was amazing at recommending food that was appealing to our tastes and he was extremely attentive to our needs. The black cod and miso cappuccino are an absolute must-have! This is definitely a repeat!!!4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was delicious but overFood was delicious but over the top expensive with small portions.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMAs always, our service atAs always, our service at Nobu was fantastic. Sushi was wonderful, great cocktails. Would return again3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMSuper Pricey but Super Good! Our server was awesome. Helped guide us through the menu which was needed. There was never a long wait for the next dish either. I was super impressed. The food... Awesome. Our faves were the risotto, foie, yellow tail and jalapeño and crispy rice and tuna. Don't go for romance. Tables are close together so it's not ideal for alone time. We're tappers though so we just started talking food choices with our super close fellow diners. Finally...it's very expensive. The portions are very small which fits with the way the menu pushes you to enjoy several dishes. It doesn't fit however with diners on a budget. It you were getting sushi rolls only, it wouldn't be that bad. But if you just want a traditional roll, avoid this place.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had no idea what we wereWe had no idea what we were doing so we let our waiter advise us and he was spot on! We had a lot of separate items, but didn't leave over-stuffed. Clearly, fish rules here and the only caveat I'd make is that we needed some vegetables to balance all that protein, so at the end of the meal we ordered some stir-fried vegetables with garlic sauce.
We had: yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, tai with dry miso (my favorite), rock shrimp creamy spicy and the black cod. We shared everything. I didn't care for the texture and sweetness of the black cod, but my husband happily ate my share. For dessert we had frozen yogurt with blueberry foam which was elegantly orchestrated on the plate and tasted fantastic!1/20/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a memorable dinner!!Four of us enjoyed the incredible sliced artichoke, various hand rolled sushi, whole lobster with wasabi, great rock shrimp , chocolate dessert, saki and wine. Everything was perfect and delicious!12/30/2012 12:00:00 AM
