The Food was great. The tables were very close to one another so you can hear everything the group next to you is saying. The drinks were good but extremely over priced. Over all though it was a great dinner after a show.

Nobu was recommended by a friend and this was a fabulous place to dine. We had a party of 8, which was nice to share in all the dishes suggested by the wait staff. He just wanted any dislikes and or allergies. Also, how much you want to spend per person and off he went to the chef to surprise us with wonderful dishes. The food was presented well and tasty. Would go back but make sure you bring enough cash or up your credit limit on your credit card. It's not a cheap restaurant.

Food at Nobu is beyond compare. The Japanese whiskey flight was a highlight. We found service to be tardy from our main server but the bus staff was spot on. Dinner, without dessert, took more than two hours to complete in a restaurant that was half full at best.

But being surpassed by better imitators. There are plenty of places doing the Black Miso Cod and Jalapeno Yellowtail Sashimi these days and doing it as good or better for the same price or less. I find that Nobu is resting on their laurels a bit. Service was excellent and the food was still very good. Just not keeping ahead of the herd.

Hot and Cold dishes alike! We had a 5-course tasting menu, which consisted of edamame, hamachi, tempura shrimp, miso cod and a dessert combo (cake, ice cream). Everything was delicious, and the service staff was truly outstanding (polite, attentive). I would not have expected such a great restaurant in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. I'd highly recommend (although some of the two-tops are a bit too close together - we asked to be seated at a more private table, which the restaurant was able to accommodate).

The service was so so. The food was good but I was hoping for better maki rolls. The atmosphere was blah cuz the restaurant was not so busy. We realized when we got there that we made a mistake And should definitely have gone to the Nobu at Caesar's... Overall too expensive for what it is. Food was decent but nit alot of good. If you will spend that much money I recommend choose another reataurant

Stumbled upon a Groupon for the Chef's Tasting Menu for 2. Overall, the food quality was outstanding. The meal consisted of a good mix of traditional Japanese fare and also had some tasty twists that showed off the creativity of the chef. The fish was delicious...extremely fresh...melted in our mouths. The portions were surprisingly ample...left feeling satisfied. Miso glazed black cod was terrific! Dessert offered some nice samples and was presented nicely, but wasn't overly impressed. Overall, excellent value with the Groupon. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable but his team was not up to par. Took my cocktail before it was finished. Took 15 min. to deliver a cocktail to my fiance. Took 20 minutes to get dessert out.

The menu was less inspired than my local sushi takeout place in New York. The rolls were standard rolls you'd get in any Sushi restaurant and the execution mediocre at best. On the rolls, the rice was fridge-temp cold and on the spicy tuna roll, the sauce was barely there. The shrimp tempura was more greasy than crunchy. My martini was too warm and my friend's margarita too sweet. On the other hand, the service was friendly and attentive. The best bites were the $10+/piece bite size tacos, and the mochi for dessert. Nobu, what happened to you? I'd say you had an off night except that the disappointment started wih the lack of creativity on the menu itself.

Waiter asked us if we wanted him to arrange menu. I said please not stupid expensive. We never saw a menu and he racked up a $380 bill with only TWO glasses of wine. food was great but ambiance was busy at our small table. Ten feet away was a loud batchelor party. So ambiance was less than pleasant and waiter ignored my request and charged the hell out of us. I would have wanted a long quiet meal to spend that money for 2 people. Food was great but overall effect was disappointment. Don't order without the menu.

Nobu is always a must when I stay in Vegas .... Delicious freshly prepared gems .... Edamame beans ...then creamy spicy prawns and vegetable tempura ... So perfectly fried there is barely any excess oil ....delicious! Coupled with a chilled bottle of Sancerre ....lovely! The waiting staff friendly but a lot of obviously learnt patter that grates a little! However overall a great meal! Reliable, as ever.

Our server, Dan, was on top of everything. He was very friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding! I am not a huge sushi fan, but my wife loves it and we've always wanted to try Nobu. The first 2 courses were sushi while the second two were fired shrimp and seared cod. Despite my general lack of interest in sushi I truly loved all the options presented to us. They topped it off with a dessert plate that was awesome. I especially like the Nobu "cappuccino" which was a tiramsu with a santori whiskey foam. WOW! I will have to go back to Nobu just for that dessert. So excellent. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Nobu Sushi at the Hard Rock hotel in Las Vegas.

Great restruant and great service. The sushi itself was good but probably no better or no worse than anywhere else. However the other items are top notch. The waiters try and push a tasting menu which is $125 per person plus drinks. They can also create one for you at a different budget. I do recommend the tasting menu because it has a wide variety of great items - just expect to pay, $200 per person is not unrealistic by the time you walk out. If you are looking for a high end Japanesse style food that is hip and a hot spot this is the place.

Perhaps it was high expectations but even without them I would have been very disappointed with this place. The sushi was no better than what I could have had in my hometown. The service was good but the food lacked flavor. Even the wasabi had no kick to it. The lobster roll was recommended to me and it was bland. Absolutely nothing special about it. I would highly recommend Morimoto's in Napa, CA. It is a thousand times better and costs about the same.
