I realize that the location is
inside a casino, and the Hard Rock Casino at that, but I was looking for a place that was quiet, to get away from the noise. I was at the Hotel for a meeting, that I did not choose the location. I will insist in the future on a quiet location... The food was good, though not exceptional, like I had hoped. For the price, it should have been fantastic. The service was above average and the folks were very nice. Now, get the owners to lower the music and the chef's to provide top quality food."

Only thing in Vegas actually worth
the cash. Server was positively classy. Food amazing. The beacon of hope in the city of sin."
Dined on 4/11/2014
I had higher expectations from
what I read from reviews of Nobu. The food is good, but not spectacular for the price and hype. We had the $125/person "tasting" menu. Pace of the serving was rather fast for the evening. Again, the food was good, but nothing really special to make this an "experience." Maybe one has to pay the $300 per person to reach an "experience.""

I arrived at 3 minutes after my
reservation....I was told that they 'weren't ready' and to give them 'a few minutes' and 'come bAck' I went elsewhere! I love NOBU but I wasn't prepared to hang around because they weren't ready for their customers...could I have been offered a complimentary drink at the bar!!??? Rather than point blank turned"
Dined on 4/6/2014
The food was by far the best in
Vegas. Go and enjoy the lobster salad and the black cod."
Dined on 4/4/2014
This was our first time at Nobu
and having read all the other reviews, we let our server choose our meal. It was nothing short of spectacular! Although expensive ($150/person) it was WELL worth it!"

Another wonderful dining
experience at Nobu. Great food and service!"
Dined on 3/29/2014
My husband and I went to Nobu Hard
Rock recently to try their dishes, and we ordered the basic Omakase. Overall we were very happy with the unique fusion dishes: standouts were the miso butterfish and the Australian trout with garlic chips. I also loved the toro with Osetra caviar to start. I was a bit underwhelmed by the last sushi course. They did give us uni which we had requested, but the other fish was not as succulent as other high-quality sushi restaurants where we have dined. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would recommend the restaurant highly."

I've been to nobu in New York and
now this nobu in Las Vegas and both experiences have been outstanding. The food is out of this world. I love that the waiters really help to cater the meal experience to your personal preferences. Drinks are equally spectacular and of course the desserts are delicious. Ambience is super comfortable for such a high end restaurant. Food is served family style so you get to try lots of different things. You'll want to try everything on the menu but I highly recommend the waygu beef!"
Dined on 3/25/2014
I really enjoyed the food and
ambiance at Nobu. I first heard about it on a show and had to try and was not disappointed."
Dined on 3/22/2014
What can I say? Nobu provides
quality food and unique offerings. Pricey but as the old saying goes, "if you have to ask the price..., you can't afford it". We will return."
Dined on 3/9/2014
We loved how the waiter planned
our meal, was very helpful. We were delighted with every dish. I didn't care for the beef dish, so they replaced it with something else, and I was pleased."
Dined on 3/17/2014
The food at Nobu is consistently
excellent. Our server (don't remember his name) was outstanding. We told him a few dishes we likes and he filled out the rest of our meal with other excellent dishes that worked great with what we ordered. He was extremely knowledgeable, well trained, courteous, and really enhances our experience."
Dined on 3/21/2014
The food was great but the service
was terrible. We had to wait a long time to get the food And the dishes came out one by one. Terrible service I would never go back"
Dined on 3/20/2014
I had this delicious dessert , I
may come back there soon"
Dined on 3/11/2014
Third time for me and all but one
of my guests to Nobu. As always, we let the staff choose our meal. Almost everything was fantastic, especially the King Crab Ceviche - which I had been dreaming of ever since I booked my trip to Vegas. Only disappointment was the lobster, which was tough. The staff are so helpful and their knowledge of all the dishes is so important to the overall experience. We had one newcomer with us and she said it was the best meal she ever had. Same review from the 3 of us that returned. Will see you again, hopefully sooner than later."
Dined on 3/2/2014
Best way to enjoy this restaurant
is to do the Chef's tasting menu. The staff will ask you your preferences for food( Raw Fish, Cook fish, Red meat,& Etc.) They then build a menu to your preferences. To enjoy this it will cost you on average $150 - $200 per person. The wife & I have ordered this option all 4 times we have visited Nobu's. We have never been disappointed. Enjoy!"
Dined on 3/1/2014
What a great meal. A lot of slight
twists on Classical Japanese dishes. Try the crab sunomono and the yellowtail with jalepeno. Everything was great. Please save room for dessert. They are great as well!"
Dined on 2/28/2014
I usually get the Omakase (chefs
choice) for $125. There are more expensive options for a bigger and more exotic variety but I'm perfectly happy with the simpler one. Each item is hand crafter and tastes to perfection. It's expensive but worth it."
Dined on 2/22/2014
This is such an amazing dining
experience. I'm normally ambivalent about sushi but the freshness and flavors will make this an absolute must-have when visiting Vegas (or any one of the other select cities luck enough to have a Nobu). The Yellow Tail Jalapeno appetizer was my favorite (and I don't even like jalapeno). The server performs the role of guide (not order taker) as they expose you to different items on the menu. I do suggest letting them make choices for you and you'll definitely acquire some new favorites. I can't recommend Nobu highly enough, but be forewarned, you'll easily exceed $100 per person"

We took clients to dinner at Nobu
and not only was it an amazing meal, it was truly an extraordinary dining experience. We opted for the customized menu based on our individual general likes and dislikes, The chef nailed it, everyone enjoyed each plate and we had a terrific time discussing favorites at the end of the meal. The quality of each dish was extremely high. A must dining experience."
Dined on 2/12/2014
Definitely an incredible
experience. The service and food were outstanding."
Dined on 2/16/2014
To truly experience the essence of
fine modern Japanese cuisine you have to try Nobu's Chefs choice."
Dined on 2/16/2014
Having in in several Nobu
restauarants over the years, we have always found he foods inventive , satisfying and well worth the value. Not here....menu seemed limited with many favotites peplaced by less successful efforts. Prices were way out of line. If you want a a real treat go to Julian Serrano's in Aria. he creates the way Nobu once did and for half the price."
Dined on 2/15/2014
You will not find a more enjoyable
food experience! It is unbelievable how the Nobu team exploits taste, flavor and textures to create spectacular food,"
Dined on 2/13/2014
Absolutely the best Japanese
fusion restaurant anywhere - hands down! Never disappoints! Culinary delight!"
Dined on 2/12/2014
If you read the Wikipedia entry
for "omakase," you'll find an apt description of our omakase experience at Nobu Hard Rock. "...the meal can be likened to an artistic performance by the chef." Without a doubt, the chef's choices for each course, combined with our waiter's sake pairings, were delectable, joyful treats for the tongue. If you're in Las Vegas, put significant dining funds aside (or win it at the gaming tables) to dine here omakase style. It's unforgettable in the very best sense of the word."
Dined on 2/9/2014
Food and service was great! If you
are trying to have a romantic night, then this might not be the restaurant as it was very loud and very fast paced. Otherwise great location for groups!"
Dined on 2/6/2014
This place is the absolute best
Japanese with Peruvian style influence restaurant in the world! Expect to pay top $$$$ but you will feel that you got your money's worth and then some..."
Dined on 2/8/2014
Not a great experience for us.
Very loud. Very costly. Over priced for what we got. Servers were at the table all of the time. Removed plates before we were done. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!"
Dined on 2/5/2014
Excellent food. The restaurant was
busy but the service was excellent. The waiter guided us through the menu expertly which allowed us to try a few new dishes."
Dined on 2/5/2014
Wonderful Sushi, excellent
service. The servers are knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and keep things moving at a comfortable pace. The food is always excellent...a real treat!"
Dined on 2/1/2014
In our opinion this is the best
resturant in Las Vegas. The food is always outstanding."
Dined on 1/29/2014
The flexibility of the chef's
tasting menu is what has me coming back to nobu again and again. All you have to do is give a range of what you want to spend, what you like and don't like. The chef creates a customized 7 course meal for you that is amazing every single time. Nobu never fails to disappoint!"
Dined on 1/27/2014
I have been to Nobu in Dallas
years ago. I had a great time at both restaurants. No other Japanese restaurant compares to Nobu. I cannot wait to go back! Great service and the food was amazing!"

We had just dined at Nobu/Caesars
Palace the night before. Yes, we ate at Nobu two nights in a row. Sure, there're plenty of great restaurants in Las Vegas but, not like this. The service was fantastic. Our waiter took his time explaining each and every dish which he had recommended. Every dish was filled with a medley of complex tastes. The presentation was outstanding. We prefer the decor at Hard Rock to Caesars. It's a more intimate setting. All in all a truly fantastic evening"
Dined on 1/18/2014
This place was overall fantastic.
The sushi chef was knowledgeable, extremely talented, & the food was absolutely delicious. My only complaints would be our waiter. We were constantly waiting on refills of our wine glasses (which they always under filled), & we kept having to ask busboys to tell our waiter we needed refills... That part was very disappointing. But overall, i'd highly recommend the place and would also suggest sitting at the sushi bar. It made it very interactive and enjoyable. I wish the sushi chef got our tip, he's the one who deserved it!!"

Dined at Nobu at Hard Rock to
compare it with our outstanding experience onboard a Crystal Cruise ship on which they have a restaurant and sushi bar designed by Nobu. Our ship experience was incredible and we ate there 9 nights. The Nobu at Hard Rock lived up to our expectations and the service, pace of food and food quality were excellent! One difference is that on the ship all food and drink were inclusive and we did not have to pay a tab. Our tab for 3 people that consisted of 3 cold appetizers, 2 hot dishes, 2 sushi rolls and the mochi ice cream for dessert (plus 2 large sake's) came out to $300, which we expected. Would have really loved it if the price was more affordable."
Dined on 1/15/2014
Service is awesome, sushi is fresh
and there is something for everyone here even if you don't like sushi. The hostesses at the desk have an attitude even though they were dog ugly but everyone else was awesome."

I travel around with business and
I love NOBU in Hong Kong, Dubai (Atlantis) and New York. I think I have been to NOBU in London also. Those are all the kind of restaurant you would go to when you want something extra. Exclusive ambience, extravagant food and explicit tremendous service. I experience this in all the other locations. Nobu Las Vegas was more like McNobu. Very nice people, OK food but the ambience was like any McDonald-restaurant. Very different from what I think of NOBU as. So, if you are looking for the NOBU-styled experience, forget it. If you are out for a good meal and a party-atmosphere (party for grown-ups, no clubbing audience), this is fairly good. HC grown-up :-)"
