With a menu that pleases the most sophisticated of palates, feast on imported Asian and Japanese fish, imported seafood, sushi rolls and exotic delicacies.

There are always delicious surprises in store when perusing the Nobu menu. Indulge in everything from its exclusive truffle tasting experience menu to its imported A5 Japanese Wagyu Banquet prepared on Teppanyaki tables. The most popular dish is the signature black cod with sweet miso in a bite size piece over garlic chips and ginger in a butter lettuce cup.

Socialize and be seen in the stylish Nobu Lounge, great for cocktails, dates and large parties. The exclusive lounge menu features appetizing items not available at other Nobu locations, and available only after the main dining room closes. In the mood for sake? Nobu stocks three rare sakes from Japan's Hokusetsu brewery on Sado Island, one of which is made by hand and goes through a slow drip process.

  • Best Asian Food - Ever!

I was forewarned that Nobu is the best Japanese food ever, and now I know it is true. 4 of us went there for my wife's 40th birthday weekend and we shared about 8 dishes for dinner. Here's a couple that you must have: Yellowtail with Jalapeno; Black Cod; Wagyu Gyoza; and Rock Shrimp. I can honestly say that everything we ate was delicious. Be prepared to pay for this - our bill was over $500 and each of us had 2 mixed drinks and were full from the dinner. If you get confused by the menu, just ask the waiter to pick some stuff and you can't go wrong.

Celebrated my birthday there. Seated in a reasonable time and we did have reservation. our server was great, knew his stuff, thank god, since there was such a selection and you didn't know what to order. He made selection on asking our likes which was perfect. We asked for sashimi that melted in your mouth and got it for us. There are many off menu items that are suggested upon your likes by the server so that is great too. Couldn't be happier with the food and service

Unfortunately the service brought this restaurant down; Nobu has been on my list for a while, so was excited to go - server was pretentious and acted like we shouldn't be there. We had one food issue - we ordered "grilled eggplant" from the menu, it came with fishy flakes on it which we didn't like the taste or smell of. The busboy made a comment that "no foreigners like this dish" - we were offended. I asked him to repeat that in front of the server, and he pretended he didn't hear me. This was also after trying to clear plates when we were clearly still eating. The server wasn't much better and with the eggplant said "I'll let the chef know you didn't like it" - that's fine, but the snootiness could be removed. It's personal preference and the menu didn't explain the dish properly. The overall experience was very disappointing.

Tables were like cafeteria tables. Uncomfortable and too close together. We had to grab an extra chair for my wife's purse. Some of our dinner was excellent but prices were laughable. Chef Nobu may be a terrific chef but to charge 14 dollars for two pieces of Salmon sushi that I can see through is uncalled for. We love to try a different gourmet restaurant but this one was disappointing. Michaels is still our favorite.

Nobu used to be first rate in food, service and atmosphere. No more. On the most recent visit, the bar was out of stock of the ingredients for 3 of Nobu's signature cocktails. The waiter didn't know much about the food other than what he was preprogrammed to push on customers for the night. I've noticed a steady decline in the once top notch service at other Nobu restaurants as well. Too bad. Was once a great place to eat.

We are huge foodies and fans of Nobu. Service was poor. Waiter was not up to par, actually asked us what our "budget" was? Waited 10 minutes just to get menus, then he didn't want to give us the menus, rather he wanted to "order for us.". Food just so-so. Had just eaten at NOBU aspen the weekend before...now that was an exceptional meal. Nobu Vegas needs to take a lesson from ASPEN, a serious one. When you are charging those kind of prices, everything must be exceptional.

    WinOneVIP

We visited Oct 20, 2014 and tried their Signature Omakase for $125 pp. Each course was super tasty. The only thing I was disappointed with was the 'wow' factor on the last 2 dishes. My friends went in August and told me how fabulous the presentations were for each course and I have seen her pictures ... well, we didn't get any of that for the same dishes. I asked about it and was told they had changed the Executive Chef hence the presentation was now different even tho' the food was the same. Hmm, I guess having the 'wow' factor would have been more memorable than not.

We had high expectations based on a previous Nobu visit at another location. We had yellowfin and salmon sushi dishes that were very good and an excellent crab dish. However the signature cod entre was disappointing and the beef filet was good but not great. The chocolate cake was excellent. Not as good as we were expecting but still a very nice meal. The service was excellent as well as friendly which I appreciate. They were willing to discuss the menu selections as well as help with selections.

and our expectations were high! We read the reviews so avoided Nobu in Hard Rock, and booked Caesars well in advance. Nobu is a little oasis in Caesars! Nice and contemporary and very intimate...perfect! The reception staff were friendly and we decided to sit at the bar for a drink before our food. Our server was right on it... finding out what we really wanted from the experience. We set a price and trusted her and the chef to deliver. And they did...in spades. Every mouthful was a sensation. Washed down with sweet sake. The courses kept coming and they got better and better culminating in lobster and waguI beef. The desserts were incredible. Yes, it's mega bucks, but you just have to live with that. Save up and enjoy the experience!

Dining at Nobu was truly an amazing experience. The service was first class from the moment I got there until I walked out the door. We allowed our server to put together a tasting menu based on the preferences of the table and he did a great job. Which wasn't an easy job, since we had a vegetarian and pescatarian in our party. The drinks and the food were phenomenal. Must have: Mia Margarita, Chardonnay, crispy rice, and any of the sashimi.

The food was amazing. My favorite was Chilean Sea Bass, it was so fresh and light with amazing flavors. The service was impeccable. Out server was do nice and knowledgeable, offering wonderful suggestions. The huge downfall that would stop me from returning was where we were seated. We were seated at a table so close to the servers kiosks that I could have ordered my own food by reaching my arm out and pressing buttons. The second problem was a long open window at my back that faced a store and people walking by constantly. I really found those issues to be really classless and not worth the money we paid for dinner... Fix those and I would give 5 stars hands down.

Our experience was...odd. After being seated we waited for menus but were told that Nobu prides itself on the "communication" skills of its wait staff, their ability to help patrons choose the right meal, and doesn't recommend starting with a menu. Fair enough but when the process included asking about the "budget" for dinner we started to feel like we were buying a car instead of a meal. We asked for menus. After reviewing the menu my wife was excited to order some sushi. Amazingly when she tried to do so the waiter told her she didn't want to do that and Nobu was "trying to get away" from sushi rolls and related legacy menu items. The waiter said Nobu doesn't want their staff to use real names. I think I know why.

I LOVE Nobu. Every bite is wonderfully flavored and the quality of food is out of this world. So to me it's worth the $$$$. This is the first time I have been to this location.. it is a lot bigger than other Nobu restaurants... the original Vegas one is in the Hard Rock. The atmosphere at the Hard Rock is more intimate and interesting vs this one is a typical Vegas decorated/large restaurant. The food was great but the service was off point. Our waiter was a little clueless ... one of our hot dishes took forever, and he didn't even notice. Then when he realized it still took another 20 minutes! When we finally got it, it was prepared poorly. Waiter didn't apologize, even though we indicated it wasn't great. I expect more out of Nobu.
