Signature dishes to satisfy any palate include the Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, the Marinated Black Cod, also the Alaskan King Crab Tempura with a tangy Amazu Ponzu sauce. Exotic offerings include Assorted New Style Sashimi, slivers of Japanese Red Snapper with dry miso crumbles. The sushi is fresh as is all the seafood and most dishes will introduce a guest’s taste buds to delirium. Diner Reviews
  • "Nobu left much to be desired. From the moment our waiter told us they "weren't really known for sushi" it put a damper on the meal because that is what my husband and I were in the mood for. As soon as we told our waiter (name uncrecalled; not even sure he gave it to us) we were ordering sushi... you could tell he didn't want to bother with us. He spent most of his time at the other (larger) tables and hardly came back to us. I get that we weren't spending $1,000 on two people for dinner but I think $150 is pretty significant for two people. I would definitely not recommend Nobu to my friends and family visiting Las Vegas... I'm sure you can get more for your money and better service elsewhere."

  • "This was the best dinner we've ever had. We LOVED having the chef choose our dinner menu for us so that each course was a complete surprise. What an innovative idea! Our servers were wonderful and made our 14th anniversary really memorable."

  • "We got the tasting menu and were so happy with the choices. The food was outstanding and so was the service."

  • "Very disappointed. We ate at Nobu in lanai which was perfect but this location the food was horrible. Not fresh not good at all. Hugely disappointing"

  • "I have been to many different Nobu's in the USA and in the past I always visited the Hard rock Nobu in Vegas and have never been disappointed. I had high expectations for this new Caesar's Palace location but, it fell short on many levels (service, timing of plates too rushed, skewers dry, some of the rolls unravelled when dipping in soy sauce). Overall, other than the decor I can't say I enjoyed my experience. I expect a little more when paying $450 for dinner. If I do decide to re visit or recommend Nobu it will be at the Hard Rock location for sure."

  • "The food at Nobu is fresh and interesting. The yellow tail tuna and jalapeno is a signature and is the right amount of spice. In Nobu, we tell the waiter our interests, likes and dislikes and a price point we are comfortable with. Following that, he or she serves the dishes. It is a sit back and relax while the waiter does most of the work experience in an elegant contemporary atmosphere. One of the best experiences at Caesars in Vegas."

  • "This is not a place for sushi. The food is absolutely amazing. We tried items I normally would not try and I am glad I did. The ingredients were so fresh and the presentation was good. This is a must if you are in Vegas. I cannot wait to go back. Lastly, listen to your server as they are very knowledgeable."

  • "Located on the first floor of Caesars casino, but not easily to find the place. Not its fault, the casino is too large and doesn't have clear direction instruction. The environment is gorgeous. The server recommend us to try the sashimi which it is the traditional Japanese food. However, we can't see the food worth its price. Then, we gave up the cold dishes. Our server said he can build a personal menu for us, which actually he place the order that he though that would satisfy us. If we choose to do that, the bill will be at least $125 for each person on table. Well, we though our server recommend something expensive but cannot satisfy us. So, we picked our dishes by ourselves. Thanks for that! We picked the hot dishes that tasted good."

  • "Our experience at Nobu was out of this world. I've never had the cuisine before, so I was nervous about it. However my fear was put at ease from the start after our server, Noriko, did a masterful job of explaining the menu to us (mainly me). She was fantastic, and easily one of the top servers I've ever had at any restaurant, and I'm from New York. The food was absolutely delicious, and not one thing disappointed me. Without a doubt I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone who will listen to me about it. If you're in Vegas, don't miss the opportunity to dine here. Trust me you won't regret it!"

  • "Of all of the nights that we dined in Vegas, our meal at Nobu was most memorable! The food and service and wine were all outstanding! We chose a fixed price per person at the table, told our waiter what we liked, and then the waiter worked with the chef on our selections! We had 6 people at dinner and were able to taste many options that we might not have ordered. Dining at Nobu was an event and it was perfect! I strongly recommend, especially if you are planning to take in a show at the Colosseum. Our waiter was cognizant of our time and made sure we dined well with plenty of time to get to the show."

  • "I've been resistant to sushi in the past and was blown away by Nobu's flavor, presentation, service and hospitality! I am a new sushi fan and will eat at Nobu each time I visit Las Vegas. Scrumptious!!! The jalapeño tuna, awesome!"

  • "We had the omikase. Some dishes were excellent and one of a kind. Others were just average. Overall really good, fresh food and the chefs are well trained so everything was cooked to perfection."

  • "We were in Vegas for my husband's birthday and booked Nobu for Saturday evening (2 couples). When we arrived we asked for one of their Teppan-yaki tables and were accommodated quickly which was a surprise given their are only 2 or 3 tables. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive and the food was spectacular. We had the 'cheapest' ($90pp) menu and added a 4oz Wagyu beef to share. Stand-out dishes were the Madagascar Prawns, which were absolutely phenomenal, and the Jidori Chicken. Be prepared to spend a lot, it is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the world, but you will leave satisfied after a truly memorable experience."

  • "I'm pretty sure I had several foodgasms while dining here! The food was amazing/outstanding...unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Our server was phenomenal, and her suggestions were terrific and tasty. I made a special request, as it was my husband's birthday, and they delivered, and then some. The sake list is extensive and delicious. This truly was a meal I will never forget!"

  • "This had to be one of the most exquisite dining experiences I have ever had."

  • "The meal was excellent as always but the bus staff and waiters do try to rush service. I was still working on something (which was delicious) and trying to space it out when it was picked up by the bus staff who were marching up and down the tables. This was not leisurly dining but an effort to clear the tables as quickly as possible. If eating there tell them to slow the service to enjoy a scrumptious dinner."

  • "The food wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't notably any better than the sushi I get at local places near home. Between the hype and the $300 price tag for dinner, I was really hoping for a better meal."

  • "I thought Nobu had very good food and service but that fact that their sushi rolls are three times as much as most sushi places, I honestly could not tell a different in taste of quality. We did enjoy our dinner and our service. The only frustrating part was the server saying he wasn't able to split the check. Having four former servers at the table of ten, this was frustrating to us as many of us did not have cash. It slowed us down and we were almost late to our Vegas show because of this,"

  • "Nobu is THE japanese experience. Starting with a warm welcome shouted out by the entire crew when you enter the restaurant you will be taken care of by extremely well trained staff. Not sure what to order? Your waiter offers to create your menu for you. The food is outstanding. The choice, preparation and taste of the sashimi varieties are not out of this world. The yellowtail and tasmanian ocean trout sashimi with jalapeno is my favourite. Try the kushiyaki style prepared skewers with beef, prawns or veggies together with the sauces - GREAT. Best fish ever: the black miso cod - don't leave without it!!! And of course Teppanyaki - unmet quality of food and preparation. We will definetely come back to Nobu in Vegas or anywhere in the world"

  • "We dined at Nobu on Friday June 6th with a group of 6 ladies. Our server was incredibly attentive, polite and knowledgeable. (Unfortunately I can't remember his name). He made our dining experience by suggesting that we give him a total spend and that he would work with the chef to put together a tasting menu for us. The tasting menu ended up being incredible. There was quite a variety of dishes from across the whole menu. Our server ensured that any dietary restrictions we had were taken into consideration. In addition to this, at the end of the meal the restaurant surprised our "bride to be" with a lovely dessert platter of macarons & truffles (compliments of the restaurant)."

  • "To say the least, a dinner at Nobu goes on the list of all-time food experiences. The omakase was perfect; each course expanded and heightened the delight associated with beautiful seafood. Not a negative word to say. Wonderful."

  • "My first time was at Matsuhisa in Vail with my girlfriend, and this time i was dining with my family of 6. We absolutely loved it! Our server, Matthew(based on the receipt), was very accommodating and friendly without being intrusive. The cold dishes we shared were pricey but good. Hamachi with Jalapeno and Snapper with dry miso are what we ordered. The hot dishes were all very awesome. The fish dishes stood out way more than the other dishes. Always order the black cod with miso! The hamachi kama had a really awesome dipping sauce and was surprisingly cheap. The mushroom tempura, umami seabass, and the beef tenderloin nobuyaki were all very good as well. For dessert the shaved ice and the suntory whisky cappuccino(not a drink)were epic."

  • "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Nobu at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The restaurant itself was a work of art--the layout and lighting design made good use of the space and I enjoyed the rich fabrics and textured wall coverings that lent to the ambience. We wanted to try a variety of dishes so we each selected an Omakase and I can honestly say I enjoyed everything! I know why the black cod is one of Nobu's signature dishes--it was the best piece of fish I've ever eaten and I would happily swim in a vat of the sauce from that dish! This was definitely a special occasion meal! We hope to return to this restaurant or maybe try another Nobu venue on our next trip."
