Nobu - Caesars Palace Las VegasTrust your waiterJust let them do the work and you will leave very happy and satisfied! The chef has created an amazing menu of flavors and the waiter we had listen to us and selected a wonderful tasting menu.6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Annivrsary DinnerWent here on a trip to Vegas for our anniversary. Outstanding in every way. Attentive wait service and fantastic food. The black cod miso is a must. One of the best martinis on the strip as well.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food & serviceTruly enjoyed our dinner at the Nobu Hotel.
Food was wonderful. Great service and did their best to make the evening memorable.
You will truly enjoy your dinner experience.6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food is excellent, theThe food is excellent, the wait staff exceptional.
The consider the food family style and being a New Yorker, I can tell you it is intended for one person two max... portions are petite.6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent ServiceThe service was impeccable, the food was fabulous.6/5/2013 12:00:00 AMFantasticDefinitely a splurge - but one of a kind experience.
Outstanding food -personal service and lovely ambiance - what else can you ask for?
A VERY special dinner!6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMHard to get order right, but wow! We've been to several Nobu's and this one keeps up the tradition of pricey but unbelievably good japanese food. We tried a mix of old favorites and new creations. Every dish was something special.
The waiter gave us a lot of descriptive options and was very knowledgeable about recommendations, but seemed to have trouble getting everything ordered. I wonder if the noise level is too high or he just had trouble hearing. If you want a certain dish, make sure it gets entered. But like most of our visits to Nobu, there were too many dishes that sounded fantastic so we ordered too much food anyways, so all turned out well. There wasn't a single dish that wasn't rave-worthy.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing dining experienceThis was our first time at Nobu and we weren't let down at all. I will eat just about anything but my husband doesn't eat fish. Our waiter helped with finding options that worked for both of us. The yellowtail jalepeno is maybe the best thing I have ever eaten. I also highly recommend the miso cod. My husband got the tenderloin which was cooked to perfection. The menu is a little confusing, but the waiter was very helpful in making recommendations and portion sizes were perfect. I can't wait to go back!!!!5/29/2013 12:00:00 AMNewest Nobu did not disappointMy husband and I were on our honeymoon in Vegas recently and being Londoners and fans of Nobu, also having dined at various Nobu around the world, we couldn't resist the newest Nobu at Caesars Palace. It did not disappoint. Our service was second to none, the food was incredible and we had a truly memorable evening. We would 100% recommend.5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazingThis was my 1st time @ Nobu & it didn't disappoint. We allowed our waiter to choose the dishes for us. We gave him a budget of $125 per person & food preferences- the rest was a dining experience! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavours, texture & colour. Service was excellent- attentive but not overbearing. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Nobu!5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding experienceWe came here with one other couple on my 40th birthday and can't say enough positive things from beginning to end. The price tag may give you sticker shock but it was worth every penny. Excellent food, service, menu, ambiance. Perfectly paced. Thank you!5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experienceHighly recommended...... The service was great, top notch.... but the FOOD.... WOW!!!! Amazing!!
Will be back soon!!!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMIntres mix of Japanese & SA CuisineSushi was very fresh and there were some interesting items on the menu that I had never seen before. For example, the hamachi jalapeno & scallion sashimi was outstanding. The pork belly skewers are also not to be missed. The service was attentive, but not too intrusive. Overall a great time!5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic nightwe went "by accident" as the japanese in our hotel was closed and we fancied some nice Sashimi....I'm so gald we did. We all went for the tasting menu which was tailored to our requests to include the tuna jalapeno and the blackened cod. Everything on the many plates was fantastic as was the level off attentiveness of the staff.
we'll certainly be back next time we're in vegas.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMSublime food, but it'll cost youNobu's food lives up to the hype. The fish is sparkling fresh. The garnishes complement, not distract. The sauces have depth and nuance. Even the tempura is perfect. Their wine list is above-average. We chose a French rose, a relative bargain at $50. Even so, a modest dinner, including 18% tip, was a little more than $200. Is it worth it? Yes. Hint: ask for a table in the lounge. The restaurant features tables and chairs, while the lounge has lovely private upholstered booths, letting you stretch out and enjoy the view of the busy restaurant and its marvelous decor.5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMI've always been a big fanI've always been a big fan of Nobu and was happy to see that they have a second location in Caesar's Palace, so I didn't have to go off strip to the Hard Rock. The food is always amazing and the service is top notch. I also love the fact that your order comes out in a very timely manner and is as fresh as you can get. I highly recommend checking it out the next time you're in Las Vegas.4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMThe omakase was deliciousThe omakase was delicious blend of cold & hot dishes. The Kove A5 wagyu and king crab tacos were unique and flavorful. The pork belly skewers with the miso sauce had a little bit too much sauce. The whisky cappuccino was a very unique and delicious dessert with the milk ice cream. All the wait staff was knew the menu well and explained each course and ingredients to you.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMIf you love sushi, don't miss NobuExcellent first rate sushi, sashimi and cooked seafood dishes at sky high prices-- but the quality is there and the ambience is wonderful. The sushi bar gets you a birds eye view and delightful interchanges with the sushi chefs4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMI've been to Nobu in MiamiI've been to Nobu in Miami as well as NYC...this one was pretty nice, the lighting was perfect unlike the one in NYC where I practically need a flashlight to even see the food. We came early (around 6p) and I was hoping for the music to be slightly louder because we could barely hear it.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved the food and the serviceLoved the food and the service was excellent. Over the top expensive jus to warn you.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMNOBU TOP SPOT IN VEGASTHE FOOOD SERVICE AND AMBIANCE WERE ALL EXCELLENT. FRESH, TASTY AND APPEALING. LOVED THE SHARED STYLE SERVING AND THE DESSERT AND FRUIT SAKE TOPPED IT ALL OFF. FOOD COOKED PERFECT AND THE PRESENTATION OUTSTANDING.4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMOur server was very informativeOur server was very informative & made several excellent recommendations. Everything was excellent from start to finish.
We started off with Martinis & then ordered Spicy Edaname for an appetizer which was in a chili paste..different & very good! Then we had Yellowtale Sashimi in a light sauce with a slice of Jalapeño topped with cilantro. Wow! Every flavor popped in our mouths! Seaweed salad for another appetizer & spicy tuna rolls finishing off with Sea Bass in a Miso broth.. Excellent. All the fish was very fresh & we were never rushed. For dessert we enjoyed green tea ice cream topped with a light wafer & a few berries. Delicious!4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat everything and the waiterGreat everything and the waiter and his staff were the best ever to explain all the ordered food was really great since we did the Nobu hose selection... THE BEST from all THANK YOU SO MUCH4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the bestNobu is one of the best food experiences I've had in a while. It compares well to Morimoto's.
The menu is a bit daunting due to its size but everything we ate was good and the waiters were great at walking you through the best choices.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMMeal of a lifetime! In our top 5 best dining experiences ever!! Outstanding food and service - definitely should be on everyone's "bucket list" to visit at least once!!!4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the most memorableOne of the most memorable meals we've ever had. If you're a sushi lover there's no better place.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing..My New favorite Nobu location. An absolutely beautiful space. Far exceeded my expectations in every area.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food, priced onExcellent food, priced on the high side. The overall dining experience was a little off due to a high proportion of inebriated and 'eclectic' diners, but hey, "It's Vegas, Baby!".4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWowBest restaurant I've ever been to. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. It is very expensive but worth it. You leave saying wow, I can't wait to come back. A truly excellent place. Get the black miso cod it is awesome. Our service was top notch and I can't wait to go back.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMOmakase? O-my-gosh-e!So finally I got to dine at Nobu, and yes it was every bit as good as I expected. I ordered the prix fixe Omakase dinner, a 7 course experience that truly delighted all the senses. The ambience was upscale and the service was topnotch.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMNOBU Caesar's Palace - First ClassI've been to many Nobu locations around the globe and the service at the NOBU at Caesar's Palace was first class. Our server, did a great job explaining the menu, making suggestions and the timing of the service of the dishes was perfect. All the food was 5 stars and of course the miso cod was the highlight of the courses served.
You won't be disappointed with this experience, the food is amazing.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat menu choices, and excellentGreat menu choices, and excellent tastes. We were a party of 4 and could select various foods to try.
Very pricey, but overall worth it.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMVery modern decor, but traditionalVery modern decor, but traditional Japanese greeting as you are escorted to your table by the hostess. Dinner was almost as good as our first visit - some flavors were not as distinct and dessert of "chocolate donut holes" was cold when served. Standouts were the tuna with jalapenos, hamachi kama & braised beef. Service was a little on the inattentive side as water glasses were not refilled promptly.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMelt in your mouth Sushi.Melt in your mouth Sushi. Perfectly prepared and artistically presented. Very strong attention to detail. Try the House Special Roll, and the Toro.4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food - odd service experienceSat at the sushi bar and ordered the tasting menu. Every dish was outstanding and beautifully presented. I thought portions were too large for a tasting menu and could not finish about half of the courses. I expected exceptional service but felt the staff was a bit disorganized with too many people serving me (a party of one). The sushi chef (who I believe was the head chef at the sushi bar) explained what he was serving me, but I found him very difficult to understand. It would have been nice to have one person who spoke better english tell me about each dish. The food quality and unique flavors made the meal top notch, a few tweaks to the service would have greatly improved my experience. I definitely recommend for the food.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMCool, elegant atmosphere withCool, elegant atmosphere with delicious food. Pricey, but worth it. Even my two young kids loved it.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMFabulous ExperienceWe ordered the set menu and it was delicious. Except for the "lamb". We did not expect that to be part of a mostly sushi menu. Overall, the food was fabulous, except for the lamb that seemed out of place.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMService was beyond exceptional.Service was beyond exceptional. Waiter recommendations exactly suited our taste. Expensive, but worth the experience. The food was excellent in both creative prep and presentation.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMNobu is expensive but onlyNobu is expensive but only when you do not pay attention to what you are ordering or insist on ordering the special cuts of sushi. The preparation and presentation of menu selections was exceptional and was exceeded only by the delicious taste of the food itself. The service was very good and friendly. It is well worth a repeat visit.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMMy mom and I enjoyed NobuMy mom and I enjoyed Nobu very much. We experienced new food that we never thought we would try and we had a fantastic waiter who guided us through the menu.4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent excellent!!!We lovedExcellent excellent!!!We loved the food and their prompt service. 3 people were attending us four. So we never had to wait for anything. We hope we can go back next time we go to Las Vegas. It is expensive but worth it. I am a vegetarian and I still got good choice of items from the menu.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMMore like a izakaya style.More like a izakaya style. Must have is the Black Cod Miso. Wagyu tacos are very good, but very small (1 or 2 bites). Sushi was unimpressive though. We ordered eel and cucumber and tuna. The eel and cucumber roll presentation was not impressive. It came apart easily and it looked very plain.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMVery good, not excellent.Very good, not excellent. Loved the lobster tacos and the cabbage dish with truffles3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic! Melt in your mouthFantastic! Melt in your mouth sashimi, flavours that linger and caress the taste buds. Our server, Farzad, was attentive, made excellent recommendations and guided us along a culinary tour. Perfect evening and can't wait to come back to try more!
Yellowtail jalapeno, black cod miso, tempura rock shrimp were addictive!3/23/2013 12:00:00 AM
