Freshness is the key for Raw Bars and off course it was beyond expectation.
Especially Clams were excellent!
Also scallops were so fresh.
Warm beets salad was impressive, too.
I could walk back to hotel so that was another plus. We could open 2 bottles of local Chardonnay( Bedell).

Nice place but expected more from the recommendations. The andouille sausage was too strong for the Brussels Sprouts although I still liked them. A ham or Canadian bacon would have let the flavor of the sprouts come out better. I was not a fan of the bearnaise sauce on the sliders which only have a bottom bun. The dressing on the salad was only fair. I did expect much more as many people had recommended Noah's to me.

Noah's has become a Greenport standby, busy even when nearby restaurants are empty. It therefore has a buzzy feel to it and it feels pleasant to be inside. The food is very good. We were there, this time, during restaurant week and we went partly because we wanted to see how the big/plate-small/plate menu would become a 3-course dinner. It did work and we're encouraged to do the same without the structure of restaurant week.

This was the fourth time I have had dinner in this restaurant. Everything is always perfect. We had local oysters, raw and lightly barbecued, eggs stuffed with crab, scallops in a light cheese sauce, salads, and Noah's special tiny pots of different-flavored creme brulee. Everything was fresh and tasty and beautifully presented. The decor is simple but elegant, with cool reminders of Greenport's maritime life.
