A word from No Coast Sushi
We get fish, meats & veggies several times a week - so that your meal is as fresh as it can be. We also purchase some locally grown produce when in season and continue to pledge to buy more each year.

We at No Coast Sushi value our resources and environment by purchasing our fish from fish purveyors who pledge to fish ethically. We also purchase some fish, such as Yellowtail, from sustainable farms to help protect them as they are currently being overfished.

For meat eaters we offer hormone/antibiotic free beef, pork & chicken.
And... we have many options for Vegans, Vegetarians & people who have gluten allergies.

We make 99% of all of our items in house including our sauces and drink mixes.

We care about our food, its quality, presentation and your enjoyment.

Our restaurant is urban modern with an active up-beat vibe.

Please join us and experience what chef created cuisine is and can be.

Diner Reviews
  • "Service lacked a little. The lady was very friendly but a little unfocused for our requests. We asked for edamame and had to remind her after our soup had arrived. I also asked for a house salad and she did not remember until our food came out, so I cancelled it. She was pleasant but forgettful."

  • "Chicken was dry and overcooked. Noodles were mushy and had no flavor. Sushi was average. Nice decor and lighing."

  • "I really love No Coast, the service was fast and the food (as always) was excellent. However, one thing that did bother me about the place (only reason I did not put 5 stars) was that our waiter was wearing shorts. I work at a very high-end restaurant and notice these things, and usually they are not a big deal, but it was just a little unprofessional. Other than that, I would definitely go back!"

  • "Sushi and food from kitchen was delicious. Need to work on timing. Food from kitchen arrived 30 minutes before sushi. Service needs inprovement. Was a busy night and we had to track down our server when we needed something."

  • "Always love to eat there...always complain of the noise. There are no textiles to absorb sound. It is VERY difficult to have a conversation with other table guests. Otherwise, food & service are great. Drinks too!"

  • "I mentioned scenic view. That applies only if you get the table farthest from the entry next to a big picture window with sunset views of the Monument and Uncompaghre. Otherwise the dining room is stylish enough to keep your interest. Great, creative sushi rolls, cocktails, cold beer, loud music, and attentive waitstaff."

The consistancy and quality are essential in a sushi restaurant and we enjoy always. Fresh ingredients, creative sushi-masters and modern atmosphere make this THE "go to" sushi restaurant in Grand Junction."

  • "Place was packed on Friday night, you must make reservations! Nigiri sushi is good, their specialty rolls menu is extensive and way from traditional, which is good if you like that style. Definitely cater to a hip clientele, and so noisy that you have speak loudly to have any type of conversation. Service is good once you get your server."
