Nizza is a casual Italian restaurant located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Chef Andy D'Amico uses the cuisine of the Italian Riviera as a starting point for his exploration of Italy. Our house speciality is our "Socca." Socca is a chick pea crepe baked in our brick oven, traditional to the… French city of Nice. Our menu has a wonderful selection of antipasti, salads, soups, pizza, pasta and entrees. We were higlighted in 2008 "Cheap Eats" issues by Time Out New York and New York Magazine. As well as Time Out New York's Top 100 food items of 2008.Continued

"This place is a must visit after the theatre. The staff was great, the food outstanding - just an over all great experience for use. My only regret is that we only had three things on the menu! I will be back to ty the rest, BUT - the pizza - try the one wih sausage and smoked mozzarella. The smoked cheese really makes it!"

"Our go to restaurant for our "girl's lunch". We have eaten here several times and Nizza never disappoints. The wait staff is very friendly. The food is fresh and delicious.
Management knew we were having a great time and offered to buy us a drink at the bar so he could have our table! That was unnecessary since we overstayed our welcome but most appreciated!!
Will be back."

"We ate at Nizza because it has a wide variety of choices for those on a gluten-free diet. And the wheat alternatives that they featured were OUTSTANDING. Everyone seemed to be aware of my wife's dietary restrictions and were constantly checking on us to see if the gluten free meal was to her liking. We highly recommend Nizza for their food, generally speaking, and for their gluten-free menu, especially."

"I had visitors from the UK staying at a hotel in the area and had no idea where to take them and there 2 children for dinner. I found Nizza on Open Table, read some reviews and took a chance. What a nice surprise! The table was waiting for us, hosts were polite and welcoming, table service was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was really well done at a reasonable price. What more can I say? Nizza gets will get highly recommended by this native New Yorker."

"I came to Nizza specifically for it's gluten free menu which is so extensive. The food was wonderful, the selection was so much more than gluten free pasta. The table bread was even gluten free. I would go back in a heartbeat."
