Private Party Facilities: Nineteen can accommodate private events for 6 to 40 guests. The Wine Cellar with cork ceiling features walls of temperature controlled, glass wine cabinets that showcase more than 150 bottles of New World & European wines & seats up to 6 guests. The Private Dining Room for up to 14 guests has a handcrafted wedge table, aubergine walls, wood paneling & a special stereo system for guests to program their own soundtrack from CDs or an iPod. Cabinets filled with wine bottles serve as the inviting surrounding for events up to 40 guests in the Wine Hall.

"We were early diners. The food was good and arrived quickly. What was surprising was that for a place so formal, there was neither a tablecloth, nor a table light. The chairs were comfortable but tired looking. Not for the young and hip crowd. My husband thought the pearl decorations were a leftover from New Year's. Overall, satisfactory with pleasant staff. Food not innovative but flavorful. Serving size appropriate."

"The service was great and so was the food. Well prepared, well seasoned. We requested a table with a view for my mother's bday and they selecteda really great spot. We decided not to order dessert since we were full and they madea nice plate w/ candle. catalina was our server and she was very pleasant and energetic. Highly recommend XIX."

"Catching dinner before a show. I have nothing negative to say at all. My find would be that this really is a romantic place to experience. So since I was with a friend at an early hour (6:00 pm) my suggestion for couples would to make it a later night and enjoy all the ambiance this restaurant has to offer! Great location, great food, great champagne, and our waitress Marianne was wonderful! What more could you ask for! Bon Apetit!"

"Dome room is absolutely stunning. Very nice atmosphere coupled with great views and fantastic service. They were not very busy the night we were there. My friend had the Diver Scallops which were very nice, but not exceptional. I had the ribeye steak which was not medium rare as I ordered and was just very average. Overall take away from this night was: It's a shame that the food does not match the exceptional setting, room and service."
