Diner Reviews
  • "Burgers were as great as noted on online - it very hard to find a "homemade" burger nowadays! We also enjoyed the cookie skillet, was by far the most delicious item we enjoyed during our vacation weekend! :)"

  • "Beautiful room with nice view, food was very good. Would definitely recommend it"

  • "It appears that lack of support has turned the restaurant to cutting corners. If they provided service and food reflective of the pricing they might get back on track. Automatic service charge added to bill gives wait staff no incentive to excel."

  • "We have been to TPC several times for lunch but first time for Sunday brunch. We brought out of town guests and everyone enjoyed the food. Service was excellent."
    Dined on 7/6/2014
  • "Dinner was delicious and presentation amazing. Enjoyed a relaxing and tasty dinner with a great view. Service this visit was a bit off even though it was not very busy. Chalk it up to an off night. Great place to take visitors."

  • "The food is always good at 19, the service is always painfully slow. They typically seemed to be under staffed. Every wine we tried to order off their IPad wine menu they were out of. It's on an iPad why not just remove the choice, it wasn't until We got to our fifth bottle that they had it. Fortunately the ambience and food are good enough to compensate for the standard of slow slow service."

  • "Everything prepared to perfection. Sunday breakfast buffet covers all the bases, especially the made to order waffles and omelets."
    Dined on 6/15/2014
  • "Our food was OK, the fish special was dried out but the appetizers and salad were good. Our server was pleasant but hard to find."
    Dined on 5/23/2014
  • "The restaurant is in a magnificent clubhouse. The staff was plentiful and attentive. The menus and food and price were excellent."

  • "The setting is beautiful and the service is excellent! Menu was somewhat limited but the food meets the mark. Our server was on top of things and very personable. Good experience."

  • "TPC Sawgrass has it all... great chefs, attentive and gracious service, stunning clubhouse and views. We are so lucky to have this fantastic venue here to enjoy yearround. This is a perfect place for a quiet night out or for entertaining a group. The menu has something for everyone, and the wine list and bar offer great variety."

  • "Nice casual restaurant located in the TPC clubhouse. Upscale sports bar decor, approx 4 lcd screeen TV's, wooden chairs on wheels, no booths. Food is good and well prepared. Dress code is casual to dress casual. Golfers come in for food and drinks after playing, so do not be surprised to see guys in shorts and very loud laughter and conversations after the guys down a few alcoholic beverages. Pretty good place, the only negatives are the occasional loud tables of golfers and waitstaff servers are not always very attentive."

  • "This is an amazing place. When we got there the staff all came to congratulate us, they had a card on the table signed by all of them. Also they had complimentary campaign and a dessert for us. We could of asked for more we truly recommend it."

  • "we took some friends visiting from Scotland. they loved being in the fantastic building, and to see the world famous golf course and club, our waiter was great, very friendly, but not too much! the service was good, and the food was fine. We had a very enjoyable lunch. This was our second visit, and will definitely take all our visitors there."

  • "TPC has a wonderful Sunday brunch. If the weather cooperates, take a seat outside on the covered Veranda overlooking the famous Players Championship course, while you enjoy the shrimp, crab legs, prime rib, made-to-order omelette station, and much more."
    Dined on 3/2/2014
  • "The Sunday night buffet is always good, hot, and well presented. Of course the pasta station is always a favorite."

  • "Was there for Supwr Bowl Sunday so with all the TV's and crowd the place was jumping! We had the buffet which for $20 was a deal. I would go back. It was fun!"

  • "Food was good (not special) and service was very good. But I still left with a feeling that I paid way too much ($35/adult) for what I got for a Sunday Brunch. We decided to go there only when we have important visitors from out of town."
    Dined on 1/19/2014
  • "This was a great place for my low key birthday dinner. My wife and I wanted a place that would have good food and be a little out of our ordinary restaurant circuit, this fit the bill perfectly. The service was great, very attentive, and the food was great. Not a huge menu but it covered all of our bases. Dessert list was tempting but we were already stuffed."

  • "The TPC Sawgrass clubhouse is a museum, of sorts, with all sorts of golf memorabilia, so it's a great experience, even if you're just a casual golfer. The restaurants are outstanding. Most think it's a private club (it's isn't, and the world-famous golf courses are also open to the public) so it doesn't get the business it deserves. The food is terrific. The dining area can be a bit noisy but not overwhelming. The servers are excellent but seem to be overloaded, so you need to have patience. Sit outside if you can. A great view of the golf course."

  • "The TPC is a great venue for those who want to see a famous golfing venue. The food is not as important as the place. They make a good burger and the happy hour $5 appetizer menu is a good value as is the Sunday buffet."
    Dined on 12/27/2013
  • "This is a perfect spot to gather with friends during the holidays for Happy Hour on the wide veranda. Build in time to stroll through the clubhouse to view the many beautifully decorated Christmas trees."

  • "Not pleasant. Limited menu to begin with then the two features were sold out at 8oclock on a Saturday night,/Really. Bland crusty taxture with a bizarre aftertaste to everything. Bunch of ten cent wanna be millionaires cluttered the entire room. Never will go back."

  • "We dined at Nineteen and Traditions on 10/5/13. We were seated at a wonderful table located on the patio, with great views of the 18th hole. The service was friendly, but slow. A large wedding was occurring on site which may have affected the timeliness of the service. The food was acceptable but not wonderful. The steaks were overcooked compared to the way in which they were requested to be prepared. Great views, great location, but disappointed with the food."

  • "Advertised as "the burger". Not sure what that meant but three of us ordered them, medium rare. After forever they came back well, well done and, cold. Two sent them back for new burgers, I opted for a crab cake sandwich, which proved to be a wise choice when the new burgers arrived, well done again. Waitress was very apologetic and talked to manager who comped thee meals."

  • "After playing the Players course, we ended our journey at the restaurant! We were late; 20:30 for dining but they made us feel like champions! Food and wine, excellent. We had tuna as appetizer and scallops and red snapper for main course! Delicious! The next day, we went to the bar after our golf and had beers and nachos! It is a must! For your info, the service charge is included; 20%. It is worth it!"

  • "A special place for a special birthday. We dined at 7 PM outdoors on the veranda with a view of The Stadium Course. TPC Sawgrass, what a beautiful golf course. The Clubhouse is outstanding, service wonderful and they sent out a dessert platter for my 60th birthday as a special treat.. Will savor this moment forever."

  • "Nineteen was a last minute decision to have dinner at TPC Sawgrass while we were in town for business. My colleagues and I expected the setting to be good, it is TPC Sawgrass - Home of The Players, after all. What we didn't expect was a great meal! This is not ordinary country club fare. The appetizers were awesome, try the beef skewers which were so good one in our party asked if he could have an entre portion. Others had an excellent filet, New York Strip, and the beef short ribs were "the best he's ever had." Pricing was very reasonable and service was attentive and cordial. Will definitely return when in town again!"

  • "We went here for brunch to celebrate my Mom's birthday and Early Father's Day. My parents have been to TPC tournament every year but never experienced eating in the clubhouse. They tend to be picky eaters. However, everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed our food, the ambiance, and of course the scenic view as we were placed by the window. Wide variety of items on the brunch offering, but my favorite were the waffles with the golf ball and tee imprint. Our cups were always filled and our server Coleen gave us superb service! Left with a warm and fuzzy feeling from Brunch! Thanks for a wonderful time!"

  • "My wife and I dined on the Nineteen patio the evening before I played the Stadium Course for the first time. Weather was beautiful, service was outstanding, food was great, the Stadium Course view was awesome, and the atmosphere was romantic. The staff was cordial and attentive, it was a perfect evening. Afterwards, with the sun setting, we strolled out on the 18th fairway, and then over to the 17th island green. Was just awesome. We went back again the next evening, after I played that day, and did the very same thing again! Was just perfection. Would highly recommend this dining experience to everyone. If you have never played the Stadium Course before, dining on the Nineteen Patio will really enhance the experience."

  • "We were very excited to get into the clubhouse at TPC Sawgrass the day after the Player's golf tournament ended. You needed a special pass during the tournament. We needed no pass; just a reservation to gain admittance to this magnificent edifice. We even had a tour by a storyteller after lunch. The food was a bonus. It was excellent. Everything was very fresh. The herbs are grown right there in a garden. The service was attentive. The restaurant was quiet that day, being the Monday right after the tournament. If you get to Northeast Florida, Be sure to make a reservation at Traditions."
