Well worth a visit for anyone in the area. Food portions are very big so if you want to reach desert then get a starter to share. The nightly entertainment are brilliant, full of life and music. We went after the free entertainment started and it was LOUD. If you want to have a conversation be sure to eat before 9PM. But the food was outstanding. The live band was great and was a treat to listen to while dining but the sound level did not let us carry on a conversation the entire nite. I have been in many establishments with bands and recorded music and have never had this problem. Once inside, one can easily forget that it is inside a clamorous bustling smokey casino, and instead absorb and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a quant local pub, or even (as were our seats this time) appearing to be tucked into a neighbor's home. The service was quick and efficient without being brusque, the pints were cold, the whiskey stout, and the food superb.
