  • "My boyfriend & I recently went here for Sunday brunch. We had an 11:15 reservation- but when we got there they still weren't open & everyone was waiting outside, sitting in the steps. The staff we're yelling to each other and at anyone who attempted to open the door. They finally let us in & we're immediately greeted by the rudest hostess I've ever met- who directs us to another hostess. She was at least pleasant & she asked a waitress to take care of us- who groaned and said she didn't want to. We finally are seated by someone else & get a waiter who honestly couldn't care less about us. On the plus side- the food was great. Just don't expect to be taken care of."

  • "We now make Nikki Beach a "must" for Sunday brunch while in SB. Not only amazing food and a huge variety but everything is of excellent quality and the people watching is second to none for a Sunday mid day in SB. Go hungry, make reservations through Open Table for sure and plan to enjoy great food and a fun experience. Their gift shop also has some really cool beach items at fair prices as well. A "don't miss" for SB on any trip. One minor complaint during this brunch was our waitress was less than amazing which has not been our experiences previously????....empty water and drink glasses many times for a long period and no real attention from the waitress???...maybe just a rough Saturday night???"

  • "Nikki Beach was a decent experience. First dining while vacationing in Miami. Food was good, hospitality from valet attendees, front receptionist to the cooks were very poor. Could just be the whole Miami thing but different from Atlanta hotspots. Spent over $250 on brunch and drinks for 2. Manager and wait staff were good."

  • "I enjoyed the sunday brunch there. It was very good although it was a little bit crowdy. The service was very friendly but I find that in the end the waiters were not as atttentive as they were at the beginning. I would recommend this place because of the ambience and the good variety and quality of the food."

  • "The setting and service as nikki beach was great. The brunch was read good, with a wide variety of food on offer. The ambience was really good, fitting for a younger crowd with a live DJ, saxophonist and dancers. Would definately recommend it."

  • "The famous Nikki Beach was a let down for me. I went with my sister and a friend on a Saturday evening for dinner. When we arrived I wasn't even sure if we are at the right place, looked really dodgy from the outside and I'm sorry to say but the inside didn't meet my expectations either. Wobbly 'beach chairs', no people at all, completely empty, no ambiance and no sea view. We ordered piña coladas which I had to send back as they were terrible, then we got strawberry daiquiris instead, which weren't very good either, but drinkable. The food was ok quality, I had better (had sushi, rice was undercooked was it actually proper sushi rice?). The whole place was disappointing and overpriced. The waitress was friendly but that's about it.."

  • "A few years ago, a friend told me that that dinner and atmosphere was great at Nikki Beach. So, the wife and I went to Nikki beach for dinner on Friday. To our surprise the place was empty. Nikki beach is one of South Beach's hottest night clubs and that's what it appears to what they are good for. The food was good but the mosquitos were really bad. They should invest in mosquito traps to keep the mosquitos at bey. Also, they should do something about the stray cats, how can you enjoy your meal when are being eaten by mosquitos and stray cats begging for food."

  • "Compared to nikki beach in other countries the experience is not as exclusive and seems a little overcrowded."

  • "I went to Miami for a vacation and to visit my friends. Many times my friend has recommended Nikki Beach and this time we went. It was great to sit outside, have a drink and eat some really good food. I had sushi while my friends has steak. The services was great and I had lots of fun!!"

  • "Went for a late lunch on the day of our arrival in SOBE and was more than happy with the food, service, and most definitely the MOJITOS! Exceptional drinks in a great setting near the very south end of South Beach. Check it out and for the adventurous types reserve a day bed and be treated like Egyptian royalty!!"

  • "There was a bit of a delay when we arrived to our reservation because of the rain there was no tables available. But once we got our table, I can honest say we did enjoy the brunch selection and scene. It was pretty lively!"

  • "I especially liked our server, I wish I remembered her nameS it was a Sunday night. All the ladies and female servers were kind along with the Black man that controls the cabanas. Even the bus boys were cool!"

  • "There were like 2 tables of customers...and the service was the worst part. They are really too slow to serve and there is only 3 types of beer. So considering all this the price is too hight."

  • "This dining experience was a great economical choice as a South Beach visitor. We got to both dine and enjoy the party! We had loads of fun. Our server spent a lot of time with us and engaged in conversation. He was always quick to come to our table and he never rushed us out of our seats. Fantastic time. Highly recommended."

  • "Having been to Nikki beach elsewhere I had high hopes. We were seated for about 20mins before anyone came over, the waiter then asked "has anyone been over to you yet?" "no not yet", "ok ill do it, god I've never worked in anywhere so backwards"... Great first impression. We ordered some drinks, he came back to take our food order, "sorry I can't hear you over this god awful music" I'm now a little annoyed his attitude was ruining our evening. We started with the sushi which was amazing! My sister had steak again incredible, I had fish - so spicy and no hint of this from the menu (described like a tomato sauce with beans and rice) the server didn't come back over through the duration of our meal to highlight this. Bill paid, sharp exit"

  • "While the brunch itself was indeed quite good and the food quality is quite high, the service overall was rather average. On a hot day outside we had to wait forever for fresh water, could only order drinks every blue moon and didn't feel like we were serviced well. Sad since the overall experience, including ambience are very good."

  • "A group of us went to Nikki Beach on a friends recommendation. She did not lie we loved the location, the people watching was awesome. Food was better then good but not fine dining status. We really enjoyed the Sushi, Italian entrees, Fresh Fish, and many of the American Entrees Service needs a lot of work wait times for drinks, utensil, check was uncommonly long. In a normal restaurant they would be fearful you would leave without paying. But, since Nikki Beach takes your credit card to open a tab when you arrive there is no fear for them so you just wait until they are ready. Overall we had an amazing day. I highly recommend getting a beach bed and staying all day. "

  • "When we arrived for our 9:00pm reservation they told us they didn't have a table and wanted to place us on a bed for dinner. I told them no and within 10 mins they made a table for us appear. The hostess while nice they lacked communication with each other and getting the table was a project. When our server came over to us I presented her with our Open Table gift card and she didn't even know what it was and so I had to explain it to her. We ordered an appetizer, which never arrived so we had to cancel it. Our meal showed up and it was bland. Nothing "wowed" us and the service was terrible. At the end we still had money on our gift card and we didn't even care to spend it. I'm sure she got a lovely undeserved tip out of it. "

  • "I am extremely disappointed with Nikki Beach. My wife and I had a reservation booked in open table, however this meant absolutely nothing. Nikki Beach was rented out to a private Lesbian event for the night and they failed to tell us that our dinner reservation could not be accommodated. My wife and I show up and we are dressed to impress, only to find out they are not serving dinner to people with reservations. Very poor example of customer service. I would like to know what Nikki Beach / OpenTable will do to make me a happy customer."

  • "Booked a table for 9:00 p.m. And arrived at 8:15, thinking that a few drinks at the bar were in order. Went to check in with the hostess just to tell her we were there and was greeted by "there is no way that you will get seated before 9:30". When I inquired as to why, she said that people were lingering at tables and they couldn't get them to leave. When you compare this with a good resto like Tua where you have 1 1/2 hrs to eat, it is a bit of a joke. Finally at 9:45 we were seated at a table they brought out and set up for us. The food was a disaster...every dish ordered. Caesar sald without garlic? Bad pizza? Just awful. The ambience was funny as they act like a swanky place but the clientele was what they call in NYC "tunnel people". "

  • "Service has been one of the worst EVER. The beers are not cold are hot, I told the waiter that my beer was hot, he brought ice. Terrible, terrible, terrible. The atmosphere was great. b/c you get to look the people that ordered a bottle in the middle of the restaurant and are having a party."

  • "I came here for my birthday with a group of 13 people. My waiter wasn't helpful at all. He didn't split up the bill like we asked so we had to pay on 6 different credit cards. The food has no flavor and is way overpriced. Really all you're paying for is the location which is gorgeous. Other than that this place is the worse to have lunch!"

  • "I went with a group of friends and we were pleasantly surprised with how relaxing and lovely the atmosphere was. However, our server was very slow and did not seem enthusiastic at all about her job... She did not seem to care about us or our orders. We got the Nikki Beach Salad, which is supposed to have figs in it but she failed to tell us that they had run out of figs until the salad arrived. There was also no soap in the bathroom -- ew! Also, the place really seems set up as if it were an upscale pool party, except there was no pool."

  • "Nikki Beach never disappoints. Another wonderful Mother's Day (my first as a Mom). This was the only place I wanted to be to celebrate. Nicely decorated, good music. I have a 9 week old baby and they absolutely accommodated my request for a covered location. Moderately attentive without being annoying. As always, they did cater to the "pretty" people - those who knew they were on display and were a little over the top (even for South Beach), but I didnt mind as I was with family and liked being left to enjoy a peaceful afternoon."

  • "Nikki beach is legendary for its amazing atmosphere. You hear great music, the brunch is sensational. They were not ready on time, I made reservations for 11 am and they didn't open until 11:15 or so nevertheless, it was amazing and my mother was very happy"

  • "The ambiance and layout of Nikki's beach club was excellent, however that is all that was excellent. The spinach artichoke dip was absolutely disgusting. It was lumpy and greasy. Clearly they used the wrong cheese. For the main we ordered the paella for two. The lobster was way over cooked and the dish was just bland. For the service, I have to say our server had a nice attitude however she forgot our silverware when presenting our main dish. Then she disappeared for 10 minutes trying to find us silverware, meanwhile our main dish was getting cold. For these prices the food should be above average and the service should be excellent. Nikki's looks like a great venue for drinks and to relax, however it could be so much more"

  • "I can now say that I have been to Nikki Beach for brunch two times - first and last! As a local, I had heard tall tales of Nikki Beach's brunch and had it on my dining bucket list for quite some time. After 15 minutes no server came to take our orders. I had to get a manager to assist us. After we started eating they turned on fans and we were buffetted by spraying water and we had to move our seats. Although the dessert buffet was varied and well done, everything else was just fair. The place was a total tourist trap rip-off. On what was supposed to be a $50 per person tab for brunch, my total bill came to just under $150 and all my wife and I ordered was a coffee a coke and a mimosa. They add a 20% tip standard on a buffet! "

  • "They had some good music and fun entertaining dancers for a May 4th brunch celebration, the view was nice from the balcony. However, we scarcely saw our waiter, food was ok but several of the food stations were poorly maintained, for the overall experience we felt it was overpriced. Seemed like a good spot for a college spring break crowd which we aren't so many years past and could enjoy it in the right mood- this just was not what we expected based on the upscale website and advertising especially on a Sunday afternoon."

  • "Experience was a disaster, not only my drinks came 30 mins after ordering, but champagne turned to be semi-dry and Sauvignon blanc was watered significantly. Crab salad was ok, but it was full of those fried onions or smth, which killed the taste of crab. But the worst were rolls- not only they consist primarily of rice, but the crab and salmon were tasteless absolutely. On top, the waiter wasn't transparent on the size of the portions. I asked her if the salad is big, and she showed it 2x less. She didn't say anything when I ordered 2 rolls, while each portion was not 6 as usual, but close to 10) so it definitely wasnt an order for one."

  • "First I want to say maybe going on Easter Sunday was a mistake, but I decided because my friends raved about it that it was worth a try. To begin we had arrived right before valet filled up so we got lucky, but paying 20 dollars up front for valet, so if they damaged your car they still got paid. Upon arriving there was a wait to sit down for a table I had reserved, of course another issue with Easter which I was prepared for. Then when we were seated the table was dirty and didn't have enough chairs. Never was cleaned off and chairs were brought. Service was lacking, had to ask to get water 6 times, didn't take a drink order till 30 minutes into brunch. Then when I asked for the manager he didn't come. I had to seek him out to complain."

  • "We ate Sunday brunch here on Easter Sunday. The location and ambience are outstanding but the hostess service upon arrival left a lot to be desired. We were escorted to a table next to the entrance to the toilets and it only had two chairs, the hostess exclaimed to us that we should "ask our server for another two chairs". Brilliant! We took upon ourselves to get a table that had 4 chairs, there were plenty open. This was a Buffet service & we were informed it was $50 each when we arrived at our table by our server. This is before they add on a %20 Mandatory tip which as this was a buffet seemed steep. Beers and other alcoholic drinks are around $7-8 each. All in all we enjoyed our time at Nikki Beach but won't be rushing back anytime soon. "
