  • "Only people in the resturant that should have been our first clue. Food was below average.... Would not recommend "

  • "Been here several times and each time I've tried something different. Without exception, everything from the super-friendly and attentive service to the last bite of dessert has been outstanding. Doubt there's one thing on the menu that would disappoint - and I plan to keep going back to find out."

  • "Our party of 8 was treated like gold by everyone. Trisha, our server, was phenomenal. The food was outstanding - shark bite calamari, steak blue salad, lobster Mac and cheese, tater tots fried in duck fat, piggy app, for apps. Entrees included drunken burgers, side scallops (outrageous), side tiger shrimp, seafood pot pies, filet mignon, turducken, and a French quarter. Absolutely executed flawlessly - hats off to Nicole, the manager, and Trisha for making it a memorable dining experience ."

  • "We had a delightful dinner with friends. Appetizers, entrees and drinks were well done--enough to merit comment in the midst of lively conversation. Portions were large. The service was just right--pleasant, attentive, without being intrusive. Dessert choices were inviting but unthinkable after the large meal. The menu is interesting with offerings not seen elsewhere. The ambience is hip, upscale but not fussy...and--most welcomed--well lit! Price was reasonable for such a good meal. We will definitely return."

  • "What a great first time experience with Open Table. Everything went smoothly and the food at Nicole's 10 was great. Definitely plan in returning to this great establishment. So glad it's close to my home."

  • "We were given a gift certificate and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised. The decor, service and menu were all top notch. A real gem in an area that is not known for great eateries. We'll be back."

  • "Awesome all around! Been back dozens of times. Gem of a place. Mgr Nell is awesome. Chefs creations/specials are unique and complex. Cocktails are phenomenal. Must go!"

  • "Overall good food. Famous lobster Mac n cheese was only ok; sharkbite calamari was awesome. Meals were tasty, drinks were good but they were out of a lot of the beers we wanted. Surprisingly empty for a Saturday night. Enjoyable experience and would go back, just not rushing back."

  • "Took my wife for dinner with 2 of our friends. We were seated promptly at a comfortable table and the waiter was quick to greet us and attentive most of the evening. As a group we ordered the lobster mac & cheese and Charcuterie Risotto as appetizers. Both were good and the lobster M&C lived up to the billing. Dinners were good but nobody was raving. I think everyone was satisfied but my wife was a bit disappointed in the rack of lamb said it arrived luke warm. I mentioned her Bday to the waiter and they provided her the chocolate Lava cake free of charge with a nice Happy Bday message written in chocolate sauce, it was a nice touch. Overall good experience, but very pricey, maybe more so than it's worth, but still worth a visit."

  • "If I could make one suggestion. We were seated at a booth, which was fine, but the light level was so low that it was difficult to read the menus. My suggestion is to put three way lamps to replace the little side lamps in the booths."

  • "We had a wonderful experience! The food was fabulous ,and our waiter Dave was lots of fun and well trained! ! We can't wait to go back."

  • "Excellent food and large proportions. The lobster mac and chese is as good as advertised. Not suprising it was award winning, but don't sleep on the pork appetizer, whcih was amazing and HUGE!!! Food portions were so big we split the pork chop entree (very good) to sample the on-site pastry chefs work. The Coco-Nut Cheesecake is amazing!"

  • "My wife and I were looking for a great night out together for a belated birthday/Valentine's Day date (first time away from our new baby). The overall experience was very good - her drink was great and not too strong, they have a great beer selection, and they have great food options. The waitress was also great. But we've heard great things about the food and were underwhelmed. I got their take on the "Tur-duck-en" - it was dry on the outside and undercooked (from what I expected) on the inside. My wife got the "Long or Short Root Home" I think it was called - she liked it alright but we felt it lacked a little flavor. They also have two tuna "small plates"/appetizers - should've gotten the seared."

  • "My wife and I went to dinner on a Wed. night. We had two apps or small plates to start, Lobster Mac & Cheese and Pigs Just Flew, both were amazing! For our entree's my wife had the French Quarter and I had the New York Strip. Again, both were amazing! We finished the meal off with their light and tasty Crème Brule. A perfect finish to the meal considering we were both pretty full. For drinks, my wife had a glass of wine and I had a Post Modern Old Fashioned. I might have gotten a beer but didn't realize there were over 100 to choose from and didn't want to take an hour deciding which one to get. The service was good, maybe a tad slow considering it was mid week and not packed. Still very friendly and helpful. We will definitely revisit!"

  • "Could have stayed in warm and safe, but we had been looking forward to sharing a romantic, Valentine's day dinner, at Nicole's. And we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious, and our server was very helpful with his suggestions. The setting was relaxed and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The snow kept falling, but soon we had a full moon outside the window by our table, as we enjoyed our decadently delicious desert. Nicole 10 is not just a place to eat, it is a dining experience each and every time."

  • "60th Birthday party of 4. Server was very friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and professional. Food presentation, appealing. Noticeable delay in delivery of food and drinks, didn't seem to be server's fault. When making reservations, I asked for a mocha cake to serve 8. I was told it would be made fresh on premises that day. When the cake was presented to the table it was obvious it was not made by a professional. A child like appearance, Happy Birthday written in chocolate syrup, icing was beige in color but definitely not mocha flavor more like sweetened lard. The cake was fresh a few days ago. It was served ice cold, hard as a rock and no flavor. VERY unhappy with EXPENSIVE cake."

  • "Fine food experience. Service was spotty. Rushing us early then too slow later. Wine list terribly overpriced---at least 3 times retail price. Selection not bad but way too expensive. Great selection of craft beers."

  • "Nicole's is a fantastic place that has unexpected food combinations that work in harmony together. Start with the shark bite calamari. You will not regret it. It's all uphill from there."

  • "Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Found seat back in our booth a little too upright and not very comfortable. Server was friendly, but a little awkward and was trying too hard to be sophisticated. Gave vague responses to specific questions regarding menu items. Appetizers were good, salads and entrees were OK. Had the Cod/scallops/shrimp entree. I did not expect the cod to be fried. It was cooked nicely though (I mistakenly assumed, for that price, the entree would have been baked). All in all I would say the place is OK, tries to be a little more than it is capable of being."

  • "We love Nicole's Ten, and have been here six times over the past two years. Food is dependably outstanding, service always friendly and knowledgeable; our waiter David really knew the menu, citing some of the award winning dishes available that evening, and offering a few good suggestions. We've never had a dish that was mediocre or worse here. The decor is very inviting- beautiful woods used in innovative ways: interesting layers and angles of ceilings and room dividers, interesting lighting fixtures and wall art. There is a soft glow about the place, both electric and candlelight, some gas fireplace accents. There's much to look at and admire while dining. Altogether a lovely evening out!"

  • "Celebrating a family event we dined at Nicole's on Saturday night at 6pm. We were immediately shown to our table by a friendly hostess. The waiter came over with the drink menu and special drink list. We ordered cocktails and appetizers. The martini and whiskey drinks were delicious. The lobster macaroni and tuna appetizer were fantastic. The main courses were all flavorful and beautifully presented. Pork chop was moist, seafood pasta dish was great and the grouper in a fresh taco shell was very satisfying. We loved the chocolate lava cake for dessert and the fried mango cheesecake was very good too. Our server, Raymond, was extremely attentive (and the manager stopped by our table twice during dinner). This was truly fine dining in NJ.."

  • "This is our 4th or 5th visit and again we loved it. I find the menu at Nicole's 10 to be interesting without being over the top. The food tastes fresh, is always cooked right, and there is just enough spice without ever being overpowering. We shared the crab cakes (which were so NOT boring) and a risotto with filet mignon and sausage which was to die for!! My husband had the lobster and filet special - both cooked to perfecto - while I had the French Quarter whose seafood and rice had just enough heat! Our server was helpful and so friendly, without being at all intrusive! A wonderful night at Nicole's 10..again!"

  • "Nicole's 10 is an area favorite. The menu is diverse and the food is excellent. This is a great place for a special occasion or to meet friends. The bar area is great to have a casual meal and relax. The only downside is that it is pricey especially for the area. Definitely worth a try though."

  • "Had our reservation, took us right on time and gave us the table we requested. Cocktails were made perfect' lobster macaroni bad cheese was delicious as well as the fried calamari. Steak portions were great which came with sides. Desserts looked tempting but passed. A nice surprise for New Years and a pleasant evening without a hitch, look forward to going back."
