"I can't say enough about what a great overall experience my girlfriend and I had. From the moment I was greeted for my reservation till we left, it was like we were part of their family. The chicen parm was the best I ever had...didn't even need my knife. The next time I'm in Boston, I'll be going back."

"This restaurant looks like a typical italian restaurant of the north end in Boston, but looks can be deceiving. As we entered we were greeted with friendly faces and their extremely attentive staff. We chose to sit upstairs as it was a warm early April evening. The front windows were wide open to let in the fresh air.

Our shared appetizer was a Caprese salad arranged as a stack with the Balsamic glaze topping and Basil, a little lacking in the glaze but we both enjoyed it immensely. The bread was a nice rosemary basil focaccia and baguette slices with a olive infused dipping oil.

We both decided on a veal dish that evening so we decided to order a bottle of Malbec to pair with it. Priced reasonably at around 3x. My wife had the ve"

"We've been to Nico's twice recently, both times the food and service were terrific. Their "burratta" appetizer is outstanding. Service from their Italian waiters is warm, charming, fun. We especially liked that we could enjoy our wine and appetizers without any rush to even place our entree orders. Excellent."

"Nico was recommended to me by a friend as a great place to dine in the North End so I decided to take my wife there to celebrate her 40th B-day.
