The hostess was extremely nice and when I asked if we could have a "fun" table, she took us out on the river walk so we could enjoy the evening. Our server was very nice and did a good job of being attentive, but gave us time to enjoy. I had shrimp po boy, which was good. Cousin had crab cake sandwich which she thought was good and husband had fish & chips. I tried his and it was good as well. I like this restaurant and will be back, but do realize it is a bar so while all the food was good, there are other places in town that have better food without the view.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat ViewExcellent location on Potomac in the Georgetown Harbor and 2 blocks from old Georgetown. Wonderful, very friendly service. Just outstanding , broad menu. Different and delicious shrimp fettuccini. Only the smoking outside along the harbor spoils the setting, but the staff was extremely accommodating in moving my family including children. My "medium well" steak was a smidgen tough but I was starving so I didn't complain. Crab cakes were delicious. The service staff was incredibly accommodating!
One thing though: I mentioned it was for my grandmothers 90th and we were seated at high top tables -- kinda thoughtless but she's in good shape so she could get up into the seats ok. Just wonder if I should have reinforced that age thing during my confirmation phone call. Thankfully the tall tables had well placed footrests. These are small nitpicky observations. The day was awesome and if I had any real complaints I would have made them known at the time. I didn't have any complaints.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMWrong but in End Oh So Right!Initial impression was going downhill when they said the Groupon we were planning on using was not good for brunch. I reminded them I had called ahead and asked if it would be useable and was told yes. After the manager came to table and explained that brunch was special I repeated that I was told it was usable, she said they would honor it.
After that it was great ...service was very attentive, drinks were strong, food was great and served piping hot, Had the recommended window seat which was great people watching (and dogs too!)

Came with a Livingsocial deal and had a couple of burgers and beers. Burgers were cooked perfectly and very tasty, though the side of fries could have been hotter and more generous. The food was excellent and the service was like we were the only ones there. We went at night and had a nice view of the Potomac River, Kennedy Center, etc. the fountain in the little plaza is a great draw as well. Would definitely recommend going back in the warmer months (we went in March) to get the chance to sit and fine outside. The upper dining area now has huge windows, which, when open, are even with the sidewalk outside (the dining area is lower than the sidewalk). Be sure to ask for one of the window tables. The view is great. The food isn't bad, but the menu is limited.
