  • "We had a great dinner the only issue we had was when the assistant to our waiter(who was outstanding) placed a dinner plate. Two of the plates had something on them, we asked to get a new and he told me "just wipe it off" I believe asking for another plate is not to much to ask for."

As a vegetarian I didn't have many options other than sides, but they were good as well. Our daughter loves Caesar salads and was not disappointed. We did enjoy our wine choices as well. For a good steak, this is a great place to go."

  • "I visited the restaurant on a first time, first date occasion and was impressed by the overall experience from the greeting from the host to the service by the waiter. The steak was perfectly done to my liking and the sides were a great addition. We had the best chocolate cake we have ever had. It was moist and decadent. Unfortunately, we could not finish it and accidentally left the rest of it on the table. :-(. I can't wait for a second visit."

  • "We enjoyed dinner for two, splitting the portions of salad and steak to suit our appetites. The small rib eye barrel cut was excellent. We loved the charred surface and tender tasty bites. Onion rings ranged from large to enormous and were served on a stick. I wasn't crazy about the creamed spinach, however. Too much cream and some kind of cheese... We asked for a plain baked potato which was delicious. No room for desert..."

  • "The steak was ok but the whole experience was way to expensive for the quality. I think they're trying to imitate Peter Luger's (right down to the jacket's the waitstaff wear). As a New Yorker who's been to P L a few times, this restaurant doesn't come close and it is way too expensive for what they provide. Golfers beware. They're looking for you!"

  • "This is our favorite restaurant in myrtle beach. I have the 3lb lobster every time and it never disappoints. They remove it from the shell so no mess cracking it myself. Steaks are beautiful and perfectly cooked. We have always had excellent service here. Looking forwardto our next meal!"

  • "This is the BEST filet you will EVER have. I have lived in two of the BEST FOOD cities in America, Charleston SC and New Orleans La. I am fortunate to have a job that allows me to experience fine dining on a weekly basis. No restaurant we go to can ever seem to top NY Prime's filet mignon in Myrtle Beach SC where I currently reside. They have set the standard and raised the bar when it comes to steak. period."

  • "The food and service was excellent. My wife and I both had the chop salad and sirloin steaks. The wine list is one of the best in Myrtle Beach. The only issue I had was that the owner allows cigar smoking at the Bar. The ventilation was poor and therefore the smoke filtered into the dining area. I did inform the Waiter that they should not allow cigar smoking in the bar due to the fact that it filtered into the dining room. He was going to pass it along to the owner. Hopefully the owner will take my recommendation. Other then that I would highly recommend the Restaurant. Great steaks and wine."

  • "I've been to steakhouses across the world, so I have an expectation when dining at one. The temperature of the steak is the absolute minimum, the menu while naturally limited to the star of the show - the steaks, should not have one seafood item and no dinner specials. Those would be the ground rules. Our biggest issue was the preparation of filet, ordered medium rare it arrived overcooked and charred on the exterior. If this is the best steakhouse in Myrtle Beach, I'd suggest you stick a seafood restaurant. and save your money. Unimpressed!!"
