"This has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Even the best have bad days. The wait staff was excellent but the steaks were not cooked as ordered and the baked shrimp which is usually my favorite was mediocre at best. As I have enjoyed the restaurant many times, I will certainly go back again."

"The steak was fantastic. Definitely comparable to Capital Grill, Morton's or Ruth Chris's. I liked the florida-esc ambiance. They gave us a booth= fantastic. I'll def go back"

"Shared a New York strip steak and it was tough, cooked med as requested with pink center. It wasn't a prime aged piece of meat, taste was fair. Don't bother ordering the large onion rings, looks great but tasted like dough."

"We had a reservation for 9:00 but werent seated till 9:30. The food at New York Prime is outstanding! So you have to take the great with the not so great-the food and service is worth the wait! The keyboard player is also a plus here as well as the people-watching."

"The place was hoping. Bone in ribeye was delicious and perfectly cooked. Spinach was salty. The mushrooms had a wonderful flavor but were also too salty. The service was VERY slow. We got our drinks right away, but when it came to getting our order, it took a very long time. Once our order was it was forever for the food to arrive. If you want to spend a long time eating, this is the place."
