    We took our Forest Hills friend to Danny Brown's for her birthday. Generally, food outside of NYC is somewhat less inspired, the total experience at Danny Brown's wine bar far exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all questions expertly. We absolutely would recommend this restaurant and dime here again....More

    I have been going to London Lennies since it opened, then a small restaurant with a counter. The fish was excellent then and even better, if possible, now. Everything was more than excellent: the dumplings, swordfish (moist and sweet), the combination of broiled fish, the sole, and fried soft shelled crabs. Our waiter was perfect, attentive but not pushy, his suggestions were right on target. For the best fish in town, this is the place....More
