  • Parking Details: Self parking is not available. Valet service for our NYC hotel is owned and operated by "Laz Parking." Parking is charged on a flat rate basis. For cars, $50.00 up to six hours and $60.00 after six hours. For SUVs/Oversized vehicles, $60.00 up to six hours and $70.00 after six hours.

  • "I had a business lunch with a colleague who was staying at the Grand Hyatt for a conference. The location was ideal because we had a limited time to catch up before his next appointment. The service was prompt and efficient, which suited our purposes. Also, the convenient lunch options of 1/2 sandwich and soup or salad were perfect for our appetites and schedules. We both had a small cup of manhattan clam chowder, which was very good. My turkey club was tasty and my colleague enjoyed his pastrami as well. The prompt service allowed us a few extra minutes of conversation and my colleague got to his appointment with time to spare."

  • "Went for dinner and had a wonderful meal. There were four of us so we tried different things and it was all delicious with portions that were definitely NOT skimpy. Three shared appetizers - beet salad, scallops with thick cut bacon and creamy, creamy yummy mac & cheese - and four entrees - skirt steak, pork chop, roast chicken and snapper with mushrooms (tonight's special). Everyone had a great time. Service was perfect with just the right level of attentiveness without being over-bearing. Can't wait to go back."

  • "The restaurant motif was stark and uninviting. Very cafeteria-style and institutional-like in its decor. It was not soft and inviting. Getting up to the restaurant using those stairs was a feat if one, like me, just had knee surgery. Those stairs are a killer. However, once seated, the human element kicked in and the wait staff was absolutely wonderful and sensitive to our every need. They anticipated what we wanted and with grace and alacrity, it was there for us. Good for business meetings, not for a cozy, calming lunch or dinner."
