  • "This is our first time visiting Vancouver. Neverland didn't let me down! They are super friendly, willing to explainand, and response to email real quick. Food are good and you have to try the tea, they are awesome!! They named the tea with interesting name, like, take me to neverland, thinker bell kiss, Peter's promise. The declaration are pretty too. Will visit again for sure."

  • "This is a great place to go for lunch or tea with the girls - most men (my husband included) might find it too feminine. This is the second time my girlfriend and I had lunch here. The brie, fig, and pear sandwich is to die for, and the tea selection is wonderful. The young man who served us was excellent. We will definitely go back! (note: if you are hard of hearing you might want to avoid peak times)"

  • "I like tea shops, but this one has a great ambience and the teas are fabulous. A bit more expensive, but you get a better experience than drinking a tea in a nearby coffee shop chain. I love to take my friends to Neverland Tea Salon and it is always busy there."

  • "I went to Neverland for high tea for my Birthday and had a wonderful time! The sandwiches and scones were delicious, the decor was adorable and the service was excellent. I especially loved that I was able to try as many different kinds of tea as I wanted with the high tea, and my dining companion loved that she could get gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian high tea. My only issues were that, while the chairs looked cozy and quaint, mine way very uncomfortable, and was at an awkward level with the table (we were seated by the window). Also, I wasn't in love with the desserts. However, overall, I would recommend Neverland to anyone and can't wait to go back again."

  • "We enjoyed this place for high tea and was impressed that you can sample multiple teas and they do a very good job of steeping the teas so that there are no leaves in the tea cup. Lots of charm and very cozy. I especially appreciate the fine bone china tea cups, change of tea cups along with the teas, and the opportunity to smell the tea selection, and a take home tea bag of your visit as a souvenir."

  • "The high tea was lovely. It was a pleasant retreat from the rain. Pastries are fresh and scones with clotted cream and jam are lovely. Our group consisted of four people. We all liked the food and the ambiance. What we were not happy with was the white noise. Strongly suggest that the noise level be reduced."

  • "Cute little place. Large selection of teas and the food is really good. Its a little too crowded and tight in space. Also, there was no music, and the lack of it combined with the sound of kids is a little irritating when you're trying to have a relaxing cup of tea..."

  • "A group (7) of us visited Neverland Tea on Saturday, January 18. The table was situated in an accessible location within the establishment. The ambiance was everything you would expect of a high tea experience. I immediately noticed, and remarked, on the china tea cups, fabric serviettes and the nice silverware. The tea menu provided many choices and the brunch menu also had a variety of dishes. Lillian explained the brunch menu and asked each of us if we preferred the regular or gluten/dairy-free version. All in all, we'll be back. Our knitting group gets together at least once per month and we all enjoyed Neverland Tea. Oh, and the food was great! Especially the carrot and ginger soup."

  • "I brought a friend here for her birthday lunch. I was quite excited and expected sort of a whimsical experience. When we got there, the place was nice but nothing really special about it. I wanted it to be like New York's Alice's Tea Cup but unfortunately that's not the case. Also, the place is vegetarian. I wish they also offered some non vegetarian options."

  • "Very white and cold ambiance. Service friendly and helpful, waited about 30 minutes for food to arrive. A delicious flatbread with smoked salmon and creme fraiche to die for. The red onion tart was more puff pastry and not so appealing but the Fig and Brie toasted baguette was great. No topping up of the teapot here, as none had the tea leaves in it having been removed beforehand. (not very english!). The sofa I sat on was a delight to look at but not to sit on for over and hour, it should really be re-sprung and I think matching upholstery for the array of chairs provided would add a more cohesive dining experience. Delightful china cups and dinky milk jugs and sugar/honey bowls. Overall not an english experience but well done for trying."

  • "I've been here a few times.. so I decided to take my boyfriend with me this time on a Sunday evening. We booked through Opentable for 5:45. Luckily, the staff at Neverland Tea Salon contacted me because their store closes at 6 on Sundays. They weren't sure how it managed to allow me to book- we were able to come in earlier and they were very accommodating and gave is exceptional customer service during our visit. We both ordered their Quinoa Super Salad which was so tasty and flavourful - as well as their kids mac cheese (yummy). I had their london fog latte!! Yummy- tha"

The staff are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend high tea, the food is scrumptious. They have a good selection of teas - try Take Me to Neverland and Peter's Promise :)"

  • "I was out of town of town for the holidays and found myself craving a meal from Neverland! I made a reservation immediately upon my return, brought a friend, and enjoyed another decadent meal. As usual the service was fantastic, which made my return feel even more like home. A great start to the New Year!"

  • "I was curious when I heard two of my junior high school friends, Terri and Rene, had opened a place for Tea. I love tea. There aren't many places to go in Vancouver that aren't super expensive or difficult to book. So, I booked a night for my Mom, her bestfriend and daughter to join me at Neverland Tea Salon. They honoured our booking even though they are having licensing "debates" with the city. We had the place to ourselves and it was fantastic. I tried the Neverland tea and the high tea Christmas version. My Mom and I are "allergic" to onions and garlic and since it's all made fresh on the premises they could accomodate us. We are already talking about a return trip. Thanks Neverland!"

  • "The furnishings and table settings are in the style of shabby chic, perfect ambiance for a tea salon. The whole atmosphere was charming. The food was imaginative and delicious. The three kinds of sandwiches we had were all unique in flavour. The avocado vinaigrette was very good. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a good experience."

  • "When you walk into Neverland Tea Salon, the aromas of the freshly baked goods invites you in. They bring the tea samples for you to smell to your table and there are free refills so you can try more than one type of tea. The afternoon tea is fit for any foodie who enjoys flavorful fresh tastes. The service is amazing! They even gave me a fresh tea cup for my second pot of tea and at the end, the bill came with a free tea sample. I would definitely return with friends."

  • "We had a wonderful dining experience at Neverland. The only mishap was that we had to send two soups back because they were not hot enough. They were actually tepid. Our service responded graciously and returned quickly with two piping hot soups. Our sandwiches were delicious, as was the tea. We did not have desert. We had a great little get together in this charming, friendly spot. Welcome to the neighborhood."

  • "I love how the place was decorated. It was very girly and very quaint. Kind of reminded me of Disneyland and their restaurants. Their tea is also divine, with a variety of selections. The only downside was the type of food served didn't stray too far away from "sandwiches". Though they were very good and tasty sandwiches, you have almost next to no option but to eat Sandwiches. They are new, so I hope they would revise that. Otherwise, the place is amazing. Perfect place for a girly getaway."

  • "The china, the table setting and decor speak of a time of elegant leisurely meals. However, the food is definitely modern and delicious. Presentation of food is excellent. Service was a bit slow due to the popularity of the tea salon. Our waitress was very helpful and pleasant. Our party of four had an excellent lunch and did not feel hurried out the door. We even managed a bit of Christmas shopping of sampler boxes of specialty teas. I will recommend Neverland to foodies and lovers of fine tea and coffee."

  • "I've never been to a high tea before, neither had my friends, and we absolutely LOVED it! This place is so adorable for anyone who loves anything whymsical and fantasy-esk. The owner terry was very involved and a wonderful, fantastic woman. This place also carries a gluten-free/ dairy-free version of many sandwiches and treats. Even if you aren't sensitive to gluten, it's worth trying as some of the desserts are BETTER than the regular, wheat flour containing desserts. Also very kid friendly and perfect for little girls :)"

  • "We had a reservation for 8, which was quite a large group for such a small place, but they accommodated us. Our table was ready right on time, and we were served very quickly. The Salon is quite small, so I don't recommend going with over 8 people, as it can be quite cramped. We all had high tea, and the food was delicious, and they had multiple teas to choose from. The dessert, on the most part, was wonderful."

  • "Neverland has become my new favourite spot. The food and drinks are to die for! There are items that are healthy and others that are pure indulgence and well worth it. Genuine servers fit the ambience of Neverland. Perfect decor! I will definitely be changing this to my new spot for outings. It felt like I was sitting in someone's living room. Would highly recommend!!"
