I went to visit Vancouver, and found this gem near my neighbourhood. I was quite pleased with the prompt and amiable service. The food was exquisite, and I like how I had 3 small tea pots to sample. I love fairy tales, so the decor was beautiful. My friends with babies enjoyed the food and setting. Sadly they were coffee addicts, not big fans of tea. I was surprised to not see any illustrations of Peter Pan in pink though.

I choose this place for the 19th birthday celebration for my sister, who was visiting from overseas just for a week. Personally it was a little unfortunate that noone said "Happy birthday" even after I left a messege about it when making reservation. Absolutely LOVED the theme, lovely chinas, tea cups and decos. My favorite thing was the tea selections, AND the fact you can have unlimited tea through out the service. My sister enjoyed her White Cherry tea so much. When the food items were explained, our server went so fast and mumbling, I coudlnt catch all the items clearly. Later on there was another lady approached so kindly with smile, asked if we'd like try other teas. I assumed that nice lady was a manager. Overall it was great.

Some of the best food for afternoon tea I have experienced so far. Reservations for tea is always a good idea, especially as there are many walk-ins as well. The Peter Pan theme throughout the room is a nice feature to help make the setting relaxed and enjoyable, and not overdone. Great place and will definitely go again!

From the ambience alone I knew Neverland Tea Salon was a place I would frequent. The extensive tea list is only a fraction of the experience I had. While enjoying flavourful sips of tea from beautiful bone china, I was also treated to the cutest most scrumptious bites of delicious sandwiches and pastries. The servers were inviting and sweet, and helpful in selecting from the magical menu. The tables and chairs, beautiful; and the hutch filled with never ending piles of teacups and saucers sent me to a different world altogether. A fun spot for kids and kids at heart, and a place I will return again and again should I need either a yummy spot of tea or a lift of spirit. Thank you for the pleasurable experience.

I was really keen to try this place with its appealing theme and décor, and good reviews. But it definitely didn't live up to expectations. First, we had to wait 55 minutes for our sandwiches. One (our) server was very busy, the other one stood around a lot. Both very nice: did the problem come from the kitchen? We'll never know for the food arrived without apology or explanation. Second, my onion tart was on a very dark (dare I say burned?), impenetrable to fork and knife puff pastry. Another sandwich was over-toasted. And, to boot, my jasmine tea was too strong. When I asked for more water, the server offered to make another pot with a shorter steeping time. I didn't ask but couldn't help wondering how long it had sat....

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Being a Peter Pan junkie myself, the ambiance and decor was spectacular and so whimsical. Our server was fantastic, and really went into detail about the food and tea options and provided great recommendations. My best friend is severely allergic to dairy, peanuts, and strawberries, and we were simply astounded by the variety of options for dairy free needs. We were over the moon at the fact she got to eat a grilled cheese sandwich (which FYI was even more delicious than my regular grilled cheese), scones, and Devonshire cream. We left with huge smiles on our faces that last the remainder of the weekend. Highly recommend this for any occasion! I will be back!

Although the location is a little bit out of the way for me, I decided to give this a try for my best friend's birthday outing. It was an amazing experience. My friend must follow a gluten-free, dairy-free diet -- she is also a huge fan of tea and she loves Peter Pan. This place couldn't have been more perfect. We had high tea and the staff were so friendly and helpful. She had the gluten/dairy-free version and I had the regular. We were both very impressed with the quality of the food and ingredients. Every bite was a delight, even things I was little weary of to start. For instance, I am not a big fan of egg salad, but the curried egg salad finger sandwhich was lovely. The desserts were especially great, and I loved the jam.

This was my second time having high tea at this place. I love it! I referred my sister to this place as well and she loves it too. The food is good the pricing is reasonable as well. I also love the fact that it's kid-friendly. My sister brought my niece last week and my niece loves it! Not many high-tea places have kids menu so I'm glad this place has it. I love the tea selection. Offers a really good variety which makes this place perfect for anyone to come and enjoy. I definitely will come back to this place again for high-tea and maybe to try their lunch menu as well.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The finger sandwiches are amazing and the little desserts are the perfect portion sizes, for someone that wants to eat a huge cake lol the tea selection is awesome and you get a large amount of tea in one tiny tea pot. Try this little fairy tale place out and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I went to Neverland for high tea for my Birthday and had a wonderful time! The sandwiches and scones were delicious, the decor was adorable and the service was excellent. I especially loved that I was able to try as many different kinds of tea as I wanted with the high tea, and my dining companion loved that she could get gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian high tea. My only issues were that, while the chairs looked cozy and quaint, mine way very uncomfortable, and was at an awkward level with the table (we were seated by the window). Also, I wasn't in love with the desserts. However, overall, I would recommend Neverland to anyone and can't wait to go back again.

We enjoyed this place for high tea and was impressed that you can sample multiple teas and they do a very good job of steeping the teas so that there are no leaves in the tea cup. Lots of charm and very cozy. I especially appreciate the fine bone china tea cups, change of tea cups along with the teas, and the opportunity to smell the tea selection, and a take home tea bag of your visit as a souvenir.

A group (7) of us visited Neverland Tea on Saturday, January 18. The table was situated in an accessible location within the establishment. The ambiance was everything you would expect of a high tea experience. I immediately noticed, and remarked, on the china tea cups, fabric serviettes and the nice silverware. The tea menu provided many choices and the brunch menu also had a variety of dishes. Lillian explained the brunch menu and asked each of us if we preferred the regular or gluten/dairy-free version. All in all, we'll be back. Our knitting group gets together at least once per month and we all enjoyed Neverland Tea. Oh, and the food was great! Especially the carrot and ginger soup.

Very white and cold ambiance. Service friendly and helpful, waited about 30 minutes for food to arrive. A delicious flatbread with smoked salmon and creme fraiche to die for. The red onion tart was more puff pastry and not so appealing but the Fig and Brie toasted baguette was great. No topping up of the teapot here, as none had the tea leaves in it having been removed beforehand. (not very english!). The sofa I sat on was a delight to look at but not to sit on for over and hour, it should really be re-sprung and I think matching upholstery for the array of chairs provided would add a more cohesive dining experience. Delightful china cups and dinky milk jugs and sugar/honey bowls. Overall not an english experience but well done for trying.
