I love love LOVE this place! The details are what stood out to me, from the handing branch from above, the christmas decorations, the tiered cake stands…it was all so magical! Surprisingly the food was much better than most of the very expensive high tea menus in vancouver. so thumbs up neverland!

The kids loved the decor and endless tea. The servers were very friendly but were chatting a lot at the counter. They were happy to help but you had to grab there attention. The scones were great, desserts decent, but the sandwiches just so so. I would still go back and just not get the high tea.

I love Neverland Tea Salon - it reminds me of being a little girl playing tea party. That's why my dad and I love to go here :) The tea selection is awesome, they have so many gluten free options (so I can actually eat, lol) and if you want something alcoholic you can get a mar-tea-ni. This is a real gem so check it out.

My sisters and I visited never land for the first time to celebrate my 26th birthday. Between the adorable ambiance, delicious food and great service, it was a wonderful experience! Made accommodations for food allergies as well and let us try different teas after the first pot! Had a lovely time and would definitely return for tea with friends or other special occasions. Thanks for the great dining experience:)

I brought my mom and partner to Neverland for afternoon tea. The decor is rather feminine - a bit of an initial turn off for my male partner - but given that almost all of the clientele were women, I suppose that's the demographic they're aiming for. The noise level is a bit clattery for my liking, but aside from that, I'll definitely go back. The food was fresh and very tasty. The menu selection for both the types of tea and food offerings was impressive. I really liked that we could opt for a "demi-high tea" instead of the full high tea, which made the experience quite reasonably priced and an excellent choice for those of us with smaller appetites. That said, the demi-high tea didn't skimp on food or teas!

Went here with my boyfriend for high tea as we had an entertainment coupon for it. We had a great time, food was good and tea was excellent. I love that you can try as much tea as you want. The place itself was very pretty and fit with the Neverland theme. My only complaint was that when we were seated, we had a tiny rickety table and there was no room at all. However, they did move us without a problem to a bigger table when we asked. Overall, it was a great experience and we would come back again.

Normally, I feel somewhat conspicuous as a single man going to high tea. But I happen to love the afternoon ritual a lot, so I head into the usual crowd of women, hoping no one will notice me. Neverland, to my delight, welcomed me like one of Peter Pan's Lost Boys, and I felt no discomfort at all sitting down for a delightful couple hours enjoying fragrant houseblend tea (Peppermint...yum) and the delicious delicacies offered in the economically priced high tea. The 5 sandwiches were particularly notable, including a shaved asparagus and goat cheese that was heavenly. The sweets were also tasty, with a pineapple cupcake and a raspberry Linzer cookie leading the way.Great Kitslano location, a welcoming environment and attentive staff.

Whole shop is dec'ed with Peter Pan enthused theme and lines. Gorgeous cutlery and china. Love how each cup is individual and you can try up to three tea flavors. Only downer was that the finger foods on the high tea tower is pretty much what you'd get at Fairmont except the fancy look and ingredients. It'd be better if they served their own signature finger foods.

I heard about this place through a friend and decided to try it out. I love high-tea experiences and was thrilled when I learned about this place. The decor was lovely, the staff were prompt and friendly, the tea selection was amazing, and the high-tea food items were to die for! I truly enjoyed my experience at this little tea salon and hope to return in the near future. It is a great place for a special little outing, bring a friend, mothers day, or little parties. The only thing I found uncomfortable about the place was that the tables were a bit too close together, so I felt crowded, and the noise level was a bit high. Hopefully you guys can expand in the future! Overall, great time at Neverland!

Lovely atmosphere, fantastic tea selection, food was outstanding and prices were reasonable. Discovered by my daughters, they wanted to wait for a special occasion before trying. We had a friend in from Germany, director Wim Wenders, and decided to give it a try. The results were everything they had expected and more. From the making of the tea to the delicious food the lunch was a unique experience, well deserving of our "special outing" status. We will be back!

I went to visit Vancouver, and found this gem near my neighbourhood. I was quite pleased with the prompt and amiable service. The food was exquisite, and I like how I had 3 small tea pots to sample. I love fairy tales, so the decor was beautiful. My friends with babies enjoyed the food and setting. Sadly they were coffee addicts, not big fans of tea. I was surprised to not see any illustrations of Peter Pan in pink though.

I choose this place for the 19th birthday celebration for my sister, who was visiting from overseas just for a week. Personally it was a little unfortunate that noone said "Happy birthday" even after I left a messege about it when making reservation. Absolutely LOVED the theme, lovely chinas, tea cups and decos. My favorite thing was the tea selections, AND the fact you can have unlimited tea through out the service. My sister enjoyed her White Cherry tea so much. When the food items were explained, our server went so fast and mumbling, I coudlnt catch all the items clearly. Later on there was another lady approached so kindly with smile, asked if we'd like try other teas. I assumed that nice lady was a manager. Overall it was great.

Some of the best food for afternoon tea I have experienced so far. Reservations for tea is always a good idea, especially as there are many walk-ins as well. From the ambience alone I knew Neverland Tea Salon was a place I would frequent. The extensive tea list is only a fraction of the experience I had. While enjoying flavourful sips of tea from beautiful bone china, I was also treated to the cutest most scrumptious bites of delicious sandwiches and pastries. The servers were inviting and sweet, and helpful in selecting from the magical menu. The tables and chairs, beautiful; and the hutch filled with never ending piles of teacups and saucers sent me to a different world altogether. A fun spot for kids and kids at heart, and a place I will return again and again should I need either a yummy spot of tea or a lift of spirit. Thank you for the pleasurable experience.

I was really keen to try this place with its appealing theme and décor, and good reviews. But it definitely didn't live up to expectations. First, we had to wait 55 minutes for our sandwiches. One (our) server was very busy, the other one stood around a lot. Both very nice: did the problem come from the kitchen? We'll never know for the food arrived without apology or explanation. Second, my onion tart was on a very dark (dare I say burned?), impenetrable to fork and knife puff pastry. Another sandwich was over-toasted. And, to boot, my jasmine tea was too strong. When I asked for more water, the server offered to make another pot with a shorter steeping time. I didn't ask but couldn't help wondering how long it had sat....

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Being a Peter Pan junkie myself, the ambiance and decor was spectacular and so whimsical. Our server was fantastic, and really went into detail about the food and tea options and provided great recommendations. My best friend is severely allergic to dairy, peanuts, and strawberries, and we were simply astounded by the variety of options for dairy free needs. We were over the moon at the fact she got to eat a grilled cheese sandwich (which FYI was even more delicious than my regular grilled cheese), scones, and Devonshire cream. We left with huge smiles on our faces that last the remainder of the weekend. Highly recommend this for any occasion! I will be back!

Although the location is a little bit out of the way for me, I decided to give this a try for my best friend's birthday outing. It was an amazing experience. My friend must follow a gluten-free, dairy-free diet -- she is also a huge fan of tea and she loves Peter Pan. This place couldn't have been more perfect. We had high tea and the staff were so friendly and helpful. She had the gluten/dairy-free version and I had the regular. We were both very impressed with the quality of the food and ingredients. Every bite was a delight, even things I was little weary of to start. For instance, I am not a big fan of egg salad, but the curried egg salad finger sandwhich was lovely. The desserts were especially great, and I loved the jam.

I also love the fact that it's kid-friendly. My sister brought my niece last week and my niece loves it! Not many high-tea places have kids menu so I'm glad this place has it. I love the tea selection. Offers a really good variety which makes this place perfect for anyone to come and enjoy. I definitely will come back to this place again for high-tea and maybe to try their lunch menu as well.

I recommend this spot for anyone that is wanting a little bit of an escape. Having tea in such a sweet little salon is just the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The finger sandwiches are amazing and the little desserts are the perfect portion sizes, for someone that wants to eat a huge cake lol the tea selection is awesome and you get a large amount of tea in one tiny tea pot. Try this little fairy tale place out and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
