This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is unbelievable as is the service. We had a team of servers named Refino and Donna and they never let us want for anything. Silver was replaced every course. I dropped my napkin and they were right there with a new one. The seafood was the best we have had anywhere in South Jersey. Neros has been open since Caesars opened which proves that if things are consistantly great you will last forever. We feel bad leaving Borgata but we have never had anything this wonderful there. Caesars will be our new hangout and I would recommend everyone give Neros a try.

Great food. Great Service (server was Rafino). Fantastic bread basket! Our server overheard my wife and I talking about it being our wedding anniversary and instead of the silly cake with candle the Chef hand delivered a special appetizer he had made just for us. That's class! If you have not been to Nero's then you have missed the best Atlantic City has to offer.

We like to give a place 3 trys before we decide if we like it. Neros has been perfect every time. We have had all great servers and yet Donna and Ruffino were somehow even better. The manager is a delightful woman named Betty. On every visit she was exceptioal nice. We are amazed at how she covers the room to be sure every guest is happy and enjoying everything. Twice the Chef (Keith) stopped at our table and once the head of the entire casino's food & beverage (Mark) stopped to check on us. Neros is a wonderful place that has proven each and every meal will be perfect...and all at reasonable prices. We will made the drive monthly and maybe more just to eat at Neros.

The food was very good. The problems arose with the service and customer service. We were a party of 4, and arrived 1/2 hour early hoping to sit at the bar and have a drink. Problem: no bar. Hostess suggested we "leave and come back", which was impossible, as one of the party was in a wheelchair and one had a cane. We had difficulty finding the restaurant to begin our evening and had to walk the entire casino and use 2 different elevators to find it. (this was after waiting approx 20 min to park the car at the valet parking).
During our meal, which was served at a very slow pace, there was no sign of the server to order more cocktails or anything else, but when we eventually did...it was about 15 minutes before they arrived.

Best bread basket anywhere!!! I could make a dinner of the bread basket and the antipasta which is also fantastic! You must try the Caesar salad as well. Everything, and I do mean everything was perfect. Our servers (Rufino & Donna) were as nice as any servers we have experienced. One thing my wife and I found very impressive was that the head of food & beverage (Mark) was walking around the dining room making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. When he came to our table he treated us as if we were regulars! It is nice to know everyone is treated like a high roller at Nero's. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. It is also one of the cleanist places we have dined at in years. We can't wait to go back!

When first checking in for the reservation, we were unaware this restaurant is actually inside another restaurant. We had to wait for a few minutes for the table and there is no place to stand without being in the way because both restaurant appear to use the same kitchen. Once we sat down, within a few minutes we were offered drinks and then given bread a few minutes later. It was a good ten minutes or so before someone took our order. Then we had to wait a long time for the salads to come out. The chef had actually come out and asked how everything was and we told him the bread was good but we hadn't received any food. Our salads quickly followed that conversation. The entree came in a reasonable amount of time. The food was very good.
