The food was great and the drinks were good (the rum punch is no joke). It was a tad bit loud with all the different conversations going on and the music playing as well but it was fine. I've eaten at Negril Village before and thought it would be a nice place to celebrate my mum's birthday. Our server was Miguel and he was spot on with his charm. Along with my party was my sister and my nephew. They all rave about the food and the atmosphere where we enjoyed our dining experience. Price was not an object. Just good service and celebrating my mum's first experience there. No less, Negril Village will see us yet again and hopefully we get Miguel again. I'm glad you investigated my reservation here on Open Table and that I fulfilled the reservation on date stetted. Nice atmosphere- Although the gentleman at the door's attitude left much to be desired. He had a rudeness about him that didn't transcend throughout the place-thank goodness. Anyway- live steel band player was a nice added touch to our Easter brunch. The food was remarkable- great traditional Jamaican flavor and portions were right on point.Being of caribbean descent this was a great plus! We even had our free d rink voucher honored. The place is beautiful the ambiance and setting is great, there was definitely a great vibe. I had a reservation and only waited ten minutes to be seated. The service was great! He was right on point with everything and timely. I had the curry shrimp, which was amazing and the sauce was to die for. The bill was just over $200 with five of us! Drinks were amazing as well!
