"Great atmosphere, decor is warm and comfortable. I had high expectations coming to restaurant b/c of the great vibe the Neely's have on their show and their overall popularity. But after trying the food I'd have to say I won't be coming back. I love the Neely's, but I assume their recipes are not executed properly by this restaurants chefs. Mac and cheese was alright--serious velvetta brand taste; nothing like homemade baked mac and cheese. High point of meal--at least the spare ribs were tender"

"As transplanted Memphians, we miss our favorite BBQ. But, thanks to the Neely's we can experience BBQ again right here in NYC. The pulled pork and ribs are just like we remember from Memphis."

"Our experience at neelys was horrible we were made to wait for 50 minutes with an existing reservation& a special needs child. When I gave to hostess my name she walked away to deal with others and ignored me after 10 minutes I approached another hostess who told me there were diners still at our table and it could be 20 minutes. Fast forward 30 minutes we're still waiting finally get taken to a table and it's up against a wall with everyone having to squeeze in two of the tables badly wobbled. My 4 year old nephew left his seat for a minute and the hostess came to set another table and took his chair away and placed it at the other table. Luckily upon the waiters return he gave it back. Over all horrible."

"This restaurant was kind of a let down. The couples food on the food network is extremely vibrant and fresh but what I ordered did not seem to reflect this at all. The brisket I ordered did not wow me at all (and the portion was tiny and overpriced!) and the mac and cheese side was clearly made with processed cheese. The margaritas were classic, but nothing special considering the amount if space and description that it takes up on the menu. I don't think I'm coming back."

"We are big fans of The Neely's television show and were thrilled to find out they opened a restaurant in N.Y. We went there for dinner on Easter Sunday and have to say the food tasted as good as meals The Neely's make on TV look. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! We will absolutely be back and next time will bring friends and family."

"This is a great restaurant. The food and decor was great. The staff was very attentive. The manager even came by and spoke with us. Overall great experience. I am definitely going back. Loved it"

"What a great restaurant. There are so many things I loved from the decor, the peaceful/loving atmosphere and the good Southern cooking and BBQ. There were so many great choices on the menu which guarantees I'll be back to try more. I will be recommending this restaurant to all of my friends and fellow foodies."
