Nautilus CafeSeafood StarTop notch seafood restaurant on Freeport's Nautical mile. Professional staff, full bar, tables are covered with tablecloths making it a more formal atmosphere.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AM1st wedding anniversaryCelebrated our first wedding anniversary here. Food was great. Had the fish in a almond crust and my wife had the stuffed shrimp. we both give it two thumbs up. The service was great thanks to Carlos and the hostess. the atmosphere was very nice the the only thing that through me off was the fact that 80 to 90 percent of the patrons seemed to be over 50. My wife and I are both 30. Other than that everything was great. I recommend it!6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat! The food was excellent as always our waitress was fantastic! Love The Nautalis! It's such a nice environment all around to have a great dinner with some great food at great prices.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a Great ExperienceA group of family has a lunch every May at the Nautilus. The food, service, and scenic view of the ocean makes this our annual favorite!5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMThe best seafood in Freeport,The best seafood in Freeport, NY and possibly one of the best on Long Island.
Constantly top shelf in food, service and interesting specials (except week-ends)5/27/2013 12:00:00 AMBiggest Prime Rib Ever!Delicious food, packed restaurant which indicates things are good! The building itself is outdated fifties style that could use a revamping, but our server was lovely and we had a window table where you could see across at the canal. The Nautilus is not directly on the water but the food was excellent. Freeport itself is trying to make a come back, and this was the only busy place on a cold chilly night, so they must be doing something right!5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat serviceSmall restaurant with good food, attentive wait staff, and friendly management. Reservations recommended.5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMfantastic as alwaysso glad nautilus is back after sandy, the most consistant good food on the nautical mile, only the best quality and service.

It is our go to restaurant for excellent seafood5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful food as alwaysMy husband and I have been here several times now, and the food is always outstanding. We were seated right on time. The server promptly took and delivered our drink order and gave a good rundown of the specials, but was very slow to return to take our food order. She made some excuse about getting hung up with another table but, we could see all the other tables and she was not at any of them. It was minor enough, but we were starving! It certainly wouldn't prevent us from returning.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AM1st. time there. Fish was1st. time there. Somewhat noisy and tables are close to one another. Small and leads to high noise level when full.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMMy New Seafood Restaurant!Since Pier One Restaurant was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy we decided to try Nautilus and to our surprise the service and Food were fantastically Fresh and well seasoned. I would have given it 5 stars if the Port wine I asked for was 20years or more. A little disappointed about the wine but I will definitely go back and order a different drink.3/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Nautilus Cafe has theThe Nautilus Cafe has the best seafood and steaks. The food is always fresh, hot and flavorful. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I've never left the restaurant disappointed.2/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWent on Lobster Night andWent on Lobster Night and what a great deal! Food and service are always top shelf.2/4/2013 12:00:00 AMFun!A really nice place to eat. Not fancy or elegant. Prime rib is best around, not the wedding or diner meat that passes for roast beef. Fish dishes fresh and interesting. Monday is a treat: 2 lb. lobster for $30. You'll never finish the mixed plate of fried onion rings and potatoes! Always, bring your own wine, no corkage fee though they do have adequate wine list. Wait staff particularly friendly. Desserts just okay. Overall a very satisfying dining experience.1/28/2013 12:00:00 AM
