  This is my third visit to Flyte; others being 2008 and 2010. The only this that is similar is the building. My party had the 6 course fixed price menu. The local food sources coupled with a new chef's creativity created a most unexpected and delicious adventure. Maggie our server was most knowledgable and attentive. The only negative is that we happened to hit band night at the bar. Despite sitting well away from the bar area a business diner where work was coupled with dining would have been a challenge. I would definitely return when a band was not entertaining....More

  We get to Nashville just about every two weeks on business, and after a busy day we treat ourselves to a superior meal at a superior location. The Capitol Grille certainly fills the bill, a place to relax with good rinks, wonderful food (with a surprise or two every time), and terrific service. We don't get a chance to come every time we're in the city, but it's a great place to come when we're not in a hurry. Thanks for a terrific evening....More
