"The food was reasonably priced, and very good. However, we had a party of 6, and they put us at a 10 top very spaced apart. The seating wasn't very comftorable for conversation. We were there for a special event, and while we really enjoyed ourselves, the service was horrible. Our server was really friendly, and was good, but way too busy. Our food took over an hour, and we had empty beverages for more than half of our meal. I wonder if having the gratuity included hurt our chances of better service. I was in the restaurant business for years and understand to an extent. Why he was very nice, he was entirely too busy to give us much service. Won't stop us from trying it again however."

"We were seated next to the kitchen even though there were plenty of other tables. TVs showing various Nickelodeon shows. Food was only marginal. My daughter's came out incorrectly the first time; they fixed it but brought the entree back out with the same sides, which were cold. My son spilled his drink, and two waiters walked by while my husband cleaned up. He went to the kitchen, said we had a spill, an was given more napkins. No help. Waitress brought drinks then disappeared for at least ten minutes. The next day my husband was talking to a local who said to go anywhere but the NASCAR place. How I wish we'd known the day before. All around unsatisifying."

"We made a reservation through OpenTable because we didn't know if it was going to be busy or not. That night it wasn't busy. When we arrived we were seated immediately, after that, it went downhill. Our server was nice, but never could be found. Things we asked for (butter, sweetener...) were brought to the table so late they were useless - we already eat what we could. Food was mediocre and the service was poor. Will never eat there again."

"The server was great. They seated us right away and it was my sons birthday and that is why we went there. She brought out a nice ice cream sundae for him. That was very nice of her to do."

"We understood going in that we were overpaying for food in order to experience all that the Nascar Grille had to offer. Unfortunately, none of their featured areas were available. The upstairs game room closed at 7 for a private party and all of the racing games outside on the deck would shut off and reboot every 4 to 6 minutes. When we notified the staff, their only response was that they had been doing it all day. Needless to say my son was extremely disappointed, as were we. The City Walk at Universal has many restaurants and exciting things to see, it was unfortunate that an entire evening (and a good bit of money) were spent this way."
