"The chowdah was delicious and so was the creme brulee. The entrees were just ok. we enjoy the bar at this restaurant more than the dining room. The food is better in the bar also. We will go back but only to the bar. We will not eat in the dining room again."

"We have lived in the area for almost 10 years and this was our first visit, because the regular menu is a bit pricey. On off-season, there are reduced entree prices, for locals - so we indulged! Service and front staff were very welcoming and efficient! Our rockfish was perfectly prepared and the portion was not skimpy, at all! Veggies were delish and not cooked to death! The only disappointment was their signature "quahog" chowder. At $8, you get somewhere between a cup and a bowl (nice portion) - however, the chowder itself was unremarkable for the price. Once was quite enough for that, but we will definitely return for the yummy entrees! The bar area is also charming and very inviting, w/good Happy Hour prices."
