Only problem is I never have enough room for desert. As mentioned in previous reviews I have listed, this is excellent high end dining. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for - quality ingredients, attention to detail, and very nice people. I have been watching carbs the last couple weeks so took a fresh look at the menu. In addition to the traditional Thai dishes, I counted 5 different fish preparations - sea bass, wahu, a greek fish, salmon, and another - in addition to rack of lamb. The chef for whom the restaurant is named stopped by our table to introduce herself and was encouraging us to let her know what did and divot work for us. She welcomes feedback. The only downside of our last visit was the when the greeter's response when we requested to sit at a table along the wall. We were a party of three and the greeter said those tables by the wall were for parties of four only. Then she proceeded to sit us at a center table set for four. They have enough variety and you can let them know how hot or mild you'd like your dish. If you are planning on ordering the duck make sure you know what you're getting. Our son wanted one kind but got the wrong one. It wasn't bad just not what he wanted. Appetizers are very good.
If you are in the area this is a must try. However, this place was fantastic. My wife and I shared 2 appetizers: calamari and dumplings. Both were fantastic. I then had a special: lamb chops and prawns (Thai surf and turf?). Both were fantastic. Lastly, I had what may me my new favorite dessert: Chocolate Crème Brulee. Plus, as an added bonus, their beer is actually really cold. My wife had a more traditional Thai noodle dish and she loved it. I even tried it and would get it. Food was excellently prepared. The jumbo shrimp with an assortment of veggies and the soft shell crab were both delicious. The crab is always a gamble because so many places serve a watery version. But not here! Crab was perfect. Presentation was well done an the service was impeccable. We had the calimari - delicious, lightly battered, cooked well (I hate when it's overcooked and beyond chewy). Hubby had the pad thai with shrimp, I had the masaman curry with shrimp.
