"Excellent dinner. Pricey but worth it once in a while. We had the crustacean platter as an appetized (one is big enough for two people). I then had the filet with the lobster mashed potatoes while my wife had the prefix (salad, hanger steak, Crème brûlée). Service and decor are nice and the food was delicious. We came on a Wednesday night and were able to take our time in a central booth which had a nice view of the whole floor."

"I've eaten here several times, but treated my boyfriend for his birthday. I had never had the lamb chops so I decided to try them. They were so delicious and tender! We both woke up the next morning with the lamb chops on our mind."

"Our recent dinner at N9NE was an excellent one. The shrimp cocktail we had was very fresh. We particularly like the fact that you can order as many, or few, shrimp as you want. For dine, two of us had the Black Cod Miso which was fantastic. I always order this! The other dinners were steaks which were cooked to specifications and delicious. We finished with creme brûlée and carrot cake for dessert. The service was attentive and informative, and well paced. All in all we had an exceptional dining experience"

"I've worked near N9NE for the past six years and have had business lunches there numerous times. I like it for it's consistency - I order the lobster bisque soup every time and rotate between the nicoise and chicken salads - and it's always good. And they do have one of the best, most decadent burgers I've had in the city. That said, the menu hasn't changed a bit and the ambience is also exactly the same, so it's become more of a choice of last resort than a spot worth seeking out."

"Service was fantastic and top notch. Food was prepared to order and delicious. Dinner crowd was slighty smaller then expected for a Saturday night, but not an issue. Chic atmosphere, hip music, cool vibe. GM treated us to a side of whipped garlic potatoes with our filets, and glasses of sparklingly wine afterwards even though no problems were had. Overall we had a fantastic time and found N9NE an excellent place to be wine and dined. Highly recommended based on our first experience there."

"I can see why they are doing a 30% off deal right now. I ordered the Kobe flat iron and it came out medium well to well done, Also the steak was covered in seasoning which I felt was basically offensive for a 50 dollar steak. The sides were ok and the appetizer was not ver good either."

"The service was good, although we took advantage of the Chef Week special to visit this restaurant, but that menu was not initially offered to us. Nor was the chef menu exactly teh same as what was online when I booked my reserviation. I added lobster bisque to mine. Although the bisque was tasty and was warm when it was served, it was not hot. The 6 oz filet was fine, the garlic mash was fine. The online chef menu had a butter lettuce I was interested in, but they didn't offer that salad when we got there Friday night. Ceasar salads are a bit tiresome. The wine was delicious. The carrot cake was fine. I ordered coffee with my dessert, but I was never offered a refill. I probably won't bring my committee here."

"Considering its namesake includes steakhouse and its prices dictate that it should be a high-end one at that, I had some really high expectations. I ordered the 14oz Kobe and my date ordered the lamb chops. Both were cooked to order and we weren't unhappy with our food but we weren't blown away by it either. We also ordered the asparagus fritos as a starter and the lobster mash potatoes as a side. Again, the food wasn't terrible just not memorable. The atmosphere was interesting and their DJ was playing a very random selection of music to which we couldn't figure out what kind of atmosphere he was attempting to create, mind you our dinner was at 7 and we had finished by 8:45pm. We didn't know if we should dance or chug a beer."
