They have an 8 course also--but you HAVE to have reservations!

It's a singular and amazing experience similar to a visit to Japan in its attention to detail. I would liken it to The French Laundry in its beautiful presentation and clarity of vision. They did everything to accomadte my friend who is gluten free. And when we decided that we didn't like sake, they substituted another wine instead. EverythingWe had a sublime dinner. Everything was perfect. The servers were warm and professional. They were openly delighted to see us clean our plates. The flavors were original and sumptuous and beautifully presented. The sake pairing was just right and consisted of some new varieties to us such as sparkling and also an old favorite.
