Everyone knows their role in providing efficient service. They are not bothersome but always available. The prices are certainly not cheap - so Mystic should really step up the quality. The seating is extremely comfortable; the service was outstanding; even the glass ware and linens were above average. Why were the steaks and the scallops inferior quality, and the au gratin potatoes the same quality you would receive at the buffet? Good value for the money, as you get salad, vegetable and potato included. Service was amazingly fast, but I know that's the standard at Mystic Lake. We were very glad we had reservations rather than having to stand in line to get a table.
