Disappointed that they have separate menus for separate upstairs/downstairs areas and they were not clear about availability. Initially they told us that we could get food from the main dining room menu (upstairs) at the lower level bar area but when we went to order the story changed. I would say that the lower level is best left to bar/shows only and don't bother serving food. Make it clear that food is served in the dining room.

I been to Supper Club once before and enjoyed all of its beauty so I decided to conduct a business dinner there and invite some friends who have never heard of it and they were absolutely blown away. The view is perfect food was every mouth watering and very good. I had the grilled Pork chops with Red beans and rice. I will most definitely be back for a romantic outing this time. You have a loyal customer here.

Really enjoyed the views and ambience. The menu was failry limited but offerings were good. We just came for light fare and the burger of the day hit the spot. Looking forward to telling friends about happy hour although we haven't tried it yet. Location great. Parking in early evening was no charge. What's not to love?

I made my reservation for 5:30 p.m. for three people. Unfortunately and embarrassingly, the restaurant was not open for dinner until 6:00 p.m. Why the restaurant or Open Table did not share this with me or each other, I have no idea. The restaurant still seems pretty shaky as far as service and often does not receive good reviews. Personally, I think the food is good and the people I was with also enjoyed their food. The person who seated us was muttering to herself as if she didn't want to be there.

What a great vibe! Quite enjoyed this place! The food was very tasty: interesting and satisfying. The service and atmosphere were impeccable. Clean and modern, hip but with a vintage feeling of hospitality. This is the place to be, with a great view of the river activity and the Terminal Tower lights. We enjoyed this restaurant and club so much, we came back the next night! You must frequent this wonderful place: a much needed, classy venue for music and fine dining.

It's been a while since Cleveland has had a place as "fun" as Music Box in regards to casual-upscale dining. We were there on a Friday night, and arrived in time to have drinks and an appetizer before the band started. I would recommend if coming for dinner and staying for the band to get their early enough to enjoy your meal prior to the music starting.

Love the idea of a supper club. Music Box pulls it off well, and I had a great time at a show this week, but I found the menu prices to be unreasonably high. The food, itself, was good, but overpriced. A $13 burger better be the best in Cleveland-- and it's not. The service was excellent and the setup in the supper club side is a perfect small venue. We'll be back for more shows, but I doubt we'll pay for more than appetizers unless the pricing is reconsidered. (Of course, a side of fries is $9, too, so maybe we'll just eat before we come.) Also, they need a better beer list. JMHO.

They'll get it together hopefully. Been here twice now, once for brunch (which was subpar) and now lunch (slightly above). But this place has potential. I don't know what's going on with the kitchen with the massively slow service and so-so food but I'm hoping this is just because it's new. The service is still a little rocky. For brunch, no one came to our table for about 15 minutes. It's a great space, really hoping they work out the kinks.

I was very excited to visit Music Box Supper Club as I had worked at Carousel Dinner Theatre and felt nothing had ever filled the void it left upon closing in 2009. Well this experience exceeded my expectations. The venue is GORGEOUS, it is set on the water in the reviving Cleveland Flats area. It is impeccably designed. The food was delicious, affordable and beautifully presented. I was there with my 2 year old for brunch. We sat on the patio and the staff were very kid friendly. The great team also gave us an amazing tour and they were all friendly and professional! I can't wait to return this weekend!

Dine at Supper Club prior to a show. Could have eaten in the theatre, but wanted to try all areas.First, best wishes to the team that put this project together. It is a very nice venue with great views. My comments are to try and make it better. Our server was inexperienced as he took our drink order and we had to describe what "up" meant. Neither drink came the way we ordered. Not sure if it was bartender or server but it did not start the night well. It took a bit to order and receive food, a combination of appetizers and entrees. Food was OK though Portabello mushroom at $17 was very heavy on vinegar taste and was not eaten. For the prices, staff needs better training which I am hopeful will happen. The concert theatre is very cool.

This was my first visit to the Music Box. We had tickets to the Bruce Cockburn show and wanted to have dinner in the first floor restaurant before the show. We were seated directly in front of the stage where a gentleman was playing an electric piano. Although a good keyboardist, we could not carry on a conversation due to the music volume. When we asked to sit further away, we were told they did not have enough servers to accommodate that request. The food was good; service a bit slow. The waiter seemed to have too many tables to provide a higher level of service for the diners.

'Sunday Brunch' infers a smorgasbord. My mistake. But the 'hostess' was slow and unfriendly, 3 different waitresses came to our table after we had been seated for 15 minutes. One took our drink order, another had to retrieve it. Corned beef hash was supposed to come with home fries, it came with another side order of hash. My eggs benedict were two broken poached eggs on hard muffins! No meat, no sauce. The staff was ill-prepared and appeared untrained. Disappointed outdoor seating was unavailable on a beautiful Sunday. For a business run by experienced people like the Miller's I expected a far better (and trained) staff, both on the floor and in the kitchen, and can only pray my dining and show experience for Hot Tuna will be much better.

Had reservations at Music Box for Sunday brunch. In spite of the fact that they were short staffed, the remaining staff was very conscientious about making sure that all customers were be helped. The food was good, especially the Garlic Cheesy Grits. I enjoyed my omelette ( even though I had to ask for the salsa and sour cream, that came with it). Home fries were good too. My husband ordered Chicken and Waffles and thought the chicken was slightly over done. I could nit pick small things, but considering this is a newly opened restaurant, I won't. Overall, the venue is wonderful and is a great place for intimate concerts. I definitely plan to go back for dinner and a concert. A great addition to the Cleveland Flats.

We realize that the Music Box had only been open a few days when we had dinner there, but we were still disappointed with our experience. The server did not appear to have been trained properly. The salmon dish was overcooked and tough and the tofu croutons were tasteless. Although we were given a menu with an extensive wine list, they one had one white and one red choice available. The martini filled only half of a small glass and they ran out of stuffed olives. On the positive side, the walleye was excellent and cooked perfectly. The setting is marvelous with great views of the river. We will return in a few months, at which time we hope that the kinks have been worked out. We wish the Music Box well.

A diamond in the rough! I trust the kinks will be worked out in the months ahead. Daunting undertaking, concert space & dining spot with high expectations for both. The space is awesome, great views, inviting, well thought out. Entry is confusing...more hotel-like than I expected. Staff is very pleasant but clearly learning their paces, how to serve/interact with customers, fumble with the menu, iPads & regular tickets. Server tried hard but needs lots of polish. Menu left me a bit cold, not much for my tastes. Food when it came was good but barely warm, even the soup. It tasted like an incomplete microwave warm up. Coffee excellent, dessert average at best. Limitless potential!Hope it works out.

This was a "soft opening" for a very exciting new music venue in Cleveland, the Music Box. The club is located in the Flats and has an amazing view of the river and downtown from it's deck on the river and the rooftop deck on the second floor. We sat at the bar for dinner and had a great meal and equally great time! We're going back this week to see Mavis Staples at the grand opening and really can't wait!

I loved the tuna tartar app, and my porkchop entree - I thought it was fantastic. My GF loved the tartar, but said her salad lettuce wasn't crisp and her cut of braised ribs was very fatty. She thinks that that particular cut shouldn't have been served as the people next to us had it and it looked great. We liked the atmosphere and would love to sit on the upper deck sometime.

We were the second of two tables sat in our servers section; it took him 20 mins to approach our table. He took our drink order, we asked for water; our drinks took 15 mins, 25 mins for water to arrive. Then our appetizers arrived, the tuna tartar and the pork belly were average and un-original. At that point we watched a table of 4 people get up and walk out of the restaurant due to the poor service. Then the table next to us leaned over to inform us that despite being heavily promoted as a "soft-opening" for the restaurant; there was no discount being applied to the bill; everything was being charged at full price. We canceled our entree orders and left as quickly as possible.

As a party of three, we all enjoyed our dinners very much: steak, salmon and chicken/pasta. Not many choices, but I believe they had all the basics covered. Prices were equitable to the quality of food. It was not a quiet ambience at all, but definitely lively with music playing and the restaurant was quite full on the night we went. We plan on attending a concert upstairs in the Concert Hall next month, and we will probably have dinner there as well. Classy place, but smart/casual dress allowed - very comfortable. The service was excellent at first, but took awhile to get the check, but understandably it was the first week of the opening. One waiter took the drink order and another the food order - seemed organized and well-run.
