  • "OKC Museum of Art Cafe proves that Oklahoma and its people have arrived!!! This is the state of interesting people whose tastes are fully mature and overwhelmingly knowledgeable about fine dining. Yes, we still have a western flair and yes, we still remember our roots of wrath! Perhaps those are the propelling spirits that make us thankful for the lessons learned so we can be ever more grateful for the gifts we have in places of excellence like OKCMOA Cafe! Make your reservation now and realize the finest dining in Oklahoma! Top choice and depth of character like you'd find in resort locations right here in OKC!"

  • "We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday...and we couldn't have chosen a better brunch site. The ambience was relaxed and yet vibrant. Our food was wonderful, interesting twists on classic brunch dishes. We are still raving about the pulled pork. Service was attentive but never intrusive. The best brunch in OKC!"

  • "The Museum Café is great pre-show dinner place. It's just a block from the Civic Center. The food is wonderful and atmosphere is energetic."

  • "First time customer. Food and service were excellent. Manager spoke to us several times during dinner to insure we were being well served and food was as we ordered. Table was by hostess station which wasn't ideal but okay. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservations and were seated immediately without a problem. Great place to go to after seeing musical at the Civic Center. Only one block East. Will definetly go back again. Too bad Musueum was not open later so we could see the exhibits after dinner. It is open later on Thursday nights."

  • "The menu had several options for any palette! As a pescatarian I found several appealing options and had a difficult time deciding on an entree! Our group ordered four different meals: quail, duck, steak and scallops- all of them were fantastic. The wine list was extensive and offered many different varietals and price points. Also, the smoked plate and cheese brulee appetizers were equally delicious! Overall, a fantastic meal and we look forward to our next visit!"

  • "Went for pre-show dinner Sadly spilt water glass just before appetizers arrived, we had to clean up though waiters saw it was wet, never got fresh napkins nor new glass of water even though we asked for them every time they came Food was delish, but get better servers"

  • "The Museum cafe is always very predictable...great food and service...on the pricey side...but never any qualms about what we are going to get. When we arrived the hostess noticed we were being set in an area that was noisy from the bar...she promptly moved us to a nice, quiet table. We go there often!!"

  • "My son and I had a wonderful dinner, but we missed the Dinner and a Movie due to the Dead Center Film Festival beginning that evening. My son did play with his band at the Film Festival venue on Friday evening!"

  • "My low ratings reflect very inadequate service offered on my last visit to the restaurant. They were understaffed due to a private event taking place the same evening. Management did offer apologies for our excessive wait for service, food and drinks. Experienced management should have made allowances for accommodating anticipated increase in patrons."

  • "The meal was excellent and outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I had been once before and glad I made the suggestion to my girlfriend who thoroughly enjoyed the location and the atmosphere. We will definitely come again and tell others about our experience. I have only visited the museum once with my niece and nephews but intend to plan a trip in the near future as well. I had the opportunity last month to listen to a band on the roof top. However, the variety of food was limited but the drinks were good & plenty. We went there to celebrate one niece who completed her master's degree and another who completed her associates. It is a central location to meet people for a variety of events. I definitely will be back."

  • "We had Sunday brunch at the Museum Cafe and it was wonderful. I had the Museum Cristo Benedict - it was wonderful. Tasted great, very large portion. Came with fruit and potatoes. My husband had the Museum Cafe Benedict - also very good and very large portion. We then went through the museum with our friends. Great collections. Loved it all!"

  • "We were having lunch prior to a performance at the Civic Center so I didn't send back my Reuben sandwich which was served on burned marble rye. I did tell the waitress as she removed my plate that I couldn't eat the sandwich because the bread/toast was burned and I'm not sure she understood what I was saying, even though I pointed to the sandwich on the plate. She just smiled and removed the plate. I had also asked if there were any thousand island dressing that she could bring (I didn't particularly like what was on the sandwich) but she said no, they make their own dressing."

  • "The Museum cafe' always offeres a fine dining experience for brunch, lunch or supper. It is one of my favorite eatery's in all of Oklahoma City. The good folks at CityRep theatre recommended it, and they were right."

  • "We make the Museum Café our 'go to' restaurant for pre-theater dining. The staff is attentive, the food is great, the martinis are superb and we can enjoy a leisurely dinner before the 7:30pm performance."

  • "This is a great place to have a business lunch where you need a relatively quite place so that you can hear the other quests talk. Everyone can find something to eat on this menu. The ambiance is sophisticated and the service is high level. "

  • "I had a lovely lunch at the Café Museum restaurant. The atmosphere made it seem very special, and the waitress that took care of us was so professional - and very friendly. Our lunch was delicious. We ordered Quiche - and it was outstanding. The presentation was also attractive. Our highlight for lunch was getting to visit with Chef Henry. He was delightful - and we were given a beautiful complimentary cake to eat for a birthday celebration. It was awesome - loved the way that it was served, too. It was wonderful to eat at a place with white tablecloth's and napkins - and pretty silverware. It was a great experience - and I hope to make it to the Sunday Brunch, soon."

  • "Hostess stand had double duty of seating guests as well as taking names/reservations. Waiter failed to remember we had a soup and appetizer and our entrees came out first. Needed more help as water glasses and coffeee refills were few and far between."

  • "The art work hanging up is beautiful, it's very open and airy inside & the food was well worth the price. I ordered the Shrimp Grits with a substitute of yogurt instead of fried eggs and a mimosa. The shrimp could've had a bit more flavor, but I'm full & satisfied. My mom ended up with the Chicken & Waffles and the smell from it and the syrup was mouth watering. Scratch that, everything that passed my nose from servers made my mouth water. Ooo and ahhh were all I could think about & anticipating the arrival of my plate. The prices on the menu for brunch were reasonable considering entrée plates started around $13. The $2 mimosa were on the money & I really wish I had a second stomach so I could've tried one of the tantalizing desserts."

  • "My college-age son and I met at the Museum Cafe for brunch on Mother's Day and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. I was concerned that we might be the only two-some among a restaurant full of large noisy family groups, but they had a good mix of large, medium, and small tables. We will definitely go back!"

  • "Took my 82 yr old mother for Mother's Day. I appreciate the easy to get in and out of the Cafe! The food, as usual, was excellent and the service was very good. It was a busy day between Mother's day and graduation celebrations and I was happy to see so many people taking advantage of this lovely restaurant. "

  • "We travel to Oklahoma City five or six times a year, and the Museum Cafe continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in the city. It's really great for lunch when we usually opt for one of their great sandwiches. Also has a great wine list with many half bottles to choose from."

  • "This is just my opinion, but my grilled Salmon was average. However, the quinoa almost made up for it and the grilled veggies were tasty. The wife had the Chicken Bucatini and said it was average. The fried green tomatoes were good, but overpriced. Server let drinks run out and it appears you are allotted one dinner roll per meal. Again, my opinion is that, for the service we received and the flavor of the food, it was overpriced. The good thing about it are that it's convenient to The Civic Center and with our 6:30 reservations, we made it out in time to make an 8:00 show. Probably won't eat there again. "

  • "The food and wait staff at the Cafe are always great and this time was no exception. I enjoy the wine list which is fairly extensive. There are a number of wines at good price points; however, this is the second time I had to work my way through more than one choice on the white list to get to one that was cooled and ready to serve. The manager, Jesse, is great to work with but it is disappointing to find and select a wine to be told it is not ready."

  • "Booking the reservation via Open Table was so easy and I appreciated the e-mail confirmations. We were meeting at the Museum Café for dinner prior to a show at the Civic Center. The menu has a nice selection and our waiter made us feel comfortable with the question about splitting a salad among two people. This was a special night for us and the atmosphere, presentation & quality of the food met our expectations for a nice evening. We had a 6pm reservation and the performance started at 7:30pm. We had plenty of time to talk and enjoy our dinner and not fee rushed to make show time. I recommend the Museum Café."

  • "Food is unique and delicious! If you are tired of the same ol' big and heavy food, this is a must try restaurant! I had fried green tomatoes and lobster bisque soup. The chef has done an amazing job with this menu."

  • "The St. Germain Cocktail was perfect, the house salad light and scrumptious, and the quinoa with roasted eggplant delightful. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par for a restaurant of this caliber. I have eaten here many times and usually the service is okay. Often, the wait staff is at your table constantly while you are eating and visiting but when it's time for them to take the check, they disappear."
